La vicinanza dalla stazione di Mestre, la pulizia delle camere e il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

I mobili sembrano un po’ datati e la colazione non è il massimo, ma in linea con la maggior parte degli hotels.

Localização excelente para ir até Veneza, exatamente em frente ao metro, super prático.
Quarto e banheiro com tamanho bons.
Wi-fi funcionou bem.
Café da manhã com boas opções.

Cons:

Quarto e banheiro bem antigos.
Só tinha 1 tomada no quarto todo, o que foi bem ruim para carregar celulares, relógios e tablets, além disso, ficava distante da cama.

Apart from the cost of adding an extra night to my stay, I was happy with my stay at the hotel.
Pros:

I wanted a location close to the Venezia-Mestre Station because I wanted to take day-trips by train to various cities in Northern Italy. You can't get a hotel closer to the station than Hotel Plaza.

The hotel provided a very good selection of food for breakfast.

Cons:

My only gripe is concerns the cost of an additional night at the hotel. In booking for several nights, I made a mistake and my booking was a night short. Within about half an hour, I amended my booking to add another night. The cost of that extra night was €396.00, considerably more than the cost of €235.80 for each of the other seven nights I'd booked. That left a sour taste in my mouth! I took that matter up with the hotel. The reply I received is as follows:

"Regarding the cost of amending your booking to include the night of 14 February, I understand your concern. Amendments like these are subject to price adjustments based on availability and demand at the time of modification.
Please consider this is the week of the Venice Carnival and that the rates you found are the ones offered from Booking.com, not our directs rates."

Because my initial booking was also made in the week of the Venice Carnival and the additional night was booked so soon afterwards, I didn't find the explanation convincing!

By the way, after I had made my initial booking, I made a separate booking for the night of 18 February. That cost me €169.29, less than the cost of any of the other nights!

Prima voor wat ik nodig had.
Pros:

Locatie was voor mij perfect. Ik kwam aan op station Venezia Mestre en reisde daarvandaan de volgende dag door. Direct aan de overkant van de straat. En in de omgeving voldoende keuze aan restaurants om lekker te eten.

En het ontbijt is echt goed. Ruime keuze aan wat je maar wilt.

Cons:

De airco deed het niet. Daardoor werd het in de loop van de nacht behoorlijk warm. Het raam kon wel open, maar de buren hadden een feestje. Kan het hotel niks aan doen, maar toch.

Posizione (esattamente di fronte alla stazione di Mestre). Colazione (varia, abbondante). Solo le uova strapazzate non erano granché (erano una frittata, praticamente). Letto comodo , ma cuscini duri (almeno per me). Ottimo personale in sala colazione. Sala ampia e pulitissima. Bagno bellissimo. Silenziosissimo. Servizio al piano eccellente. Tecnici tv gentilissimi. Spazi comuni eleganti e confortevoli. Addetto ai bagagli simpatico e gentile.

Cons:

Cuscini duri. Personale alla reception cortese, professionale, ma freddo. Servizio di cortesia medio. Niente pantofole. Niente spazzolino. Affaccio triste.

Camera spaziosa ed abbastanza pulita

Cons:

Senza parcheggio,staff poco preparato,molto caro ,posizione di fronte alla stazione con troppo caos(alla sera la zona fa paura perché sotto l'hotel è pieno di gente malfamata(extracomunitari)ecc..ecc.
C'è pure l'esercito sotto🙈.
