A good stopover if your traveling with comfy beds and a friendly staff.
Pros:

Beds were comfy and the room was a good size. Nice gym and pool area.

Cons:

our bathroom sink and toilet were both clogged and the kitchenette was poorly stocked

Nice hotel in a good location with friendly staff
Pros:

The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of room for a lot of luggage. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and tableware, with additional items available at the front desk, which was very convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway.

Cons:

I arrived very late in the evening and neither driving apps nor customer service could help me find the entrance to this hotel's parking lot. The outdoor lighting in the area is limited and there is no marquee at the entrance. A construction site right next to the hotel had left mounds of dirt covering the hotel driveway. Looking at it in the dark, it was unapproachable with a hole on one side and a menacing drop-off on the opposite side. With no obvious sign that someone should drive on the dirt, I was apprehensive to brave the dirt piles because I didn't like the thought of calling to my insurance company to say I drove my front end into a dirt hole. It was a long day of driving and an irritating evening trying to enter the parking lot--at one point 3 vehicles refused to drive into the dirt and 2 turned around and left. The construction crew moved their piles of dirt the next day and the entrance looked much better in the daylight.

Unsure as to why they have added a charge to my credit card a month after staying and 3 weeks after leaving the USA. Watch your card statements after staying here

While a bit pricier than some alternatives, the room had excellent amenities and felt welcoming.
Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful both on arrival and departure. I also appreciated the QR code in the room as an easy way to tip the housekeeping staff when short of cash.
