Cons:

The room.was simply freezing. While it's nice to have a balcony if the sun is shining, you have to be able to close the doors so it seals out the cold if it is cold. Not the case here

Very nice would in future book somewhere closer to downtown however that’s my problem

Cons:

Location I am 71 years old the walk up hill every day was not pleasant could have taken taxi but no convenient public transport. Staff were lovely

Overall a great comfy hotel.
Pros:

Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfy. It was close enough to walk to most places in the city. Only negative was that it was a little noisy at night. I’m assuming it was people’s air conditioning units.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like was the noise.
