We loved how friendly the staff were, it was just a $10 uber ride to Franklin Wharf/ Salamanca Bay, a short stroll to shops. Under cover parkingThe breakfast was fantastic. Would easily stay again..

Rooms were good size clean , beds were comfortable and good size. Staff were great and very friendly and helpful with things to do around Hobart.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant, We arrived half a hour before it closed, I had fish and chips the chips were over cooked the batter on one piece of fish was burnt and there was more batter than fish , My wife had the cauliflower in batter again to much batter and drenched in oil. we sent it back and still paid full price.They did offer us a free drink for the inconvenience!

Good hotel in a good location with a nice size room. A little noisy with traffic. High floor.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good. Slightly uphill but not far from everything. Good view of the mountain. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a three-night stay.

Cons:

The room was noisy. You could hear the traffic, people upstairs and the wind rattled the sliding door to the balcony continuously.

Enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

Fast and smooth check in. Knowledgeable reception staff. Hotel is in a safe and quiet area of city. Good room with everything a guest would need. I did not hear guests in nearby rooms - no noisy , angry conversations at midnight or 7am.

Cons:

Far too many notices slipped under the door promoting the hotel restaurant. I would suggest having details of the restaurant times, prices , menu etc in some form of binder in the room that guest can easily see. I was on holiday and hoping to avoid the constant intrusions of the digital world . Expecting guests to scan a code to se a menu etc has always been a turn off for me.
