Cons:

We booked our room some time ago, as we did not see the message regarding bed confirmation we were given the last room on the ground floor. We were also given the opportunity to not have our room cleaned (which gave us a voucher to be left under our door) this did not happen.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The room was really spacious with a balcony and a really nice view. we enjoyed the big bed which was comfortable. It's a really nice hotel.

Cons:

we had a laundry right next to our door, but we couldn't use it since at the reception you couldn't pay by card. which in other similar places you can do it easily.
Even if on the map it looks that the hotel is at the edge of the city center, the distances are a bit longer than expected. but a short walk didn't do nobody any harm :)

Great spot to enjoy your stay in Hobart.
Pros:

Location is great. Easy walk to the water and the CBD. Rooms are good sized and comfortable. Didn't notice any noise from the neighbours either. Recently renovated bathroom too. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet on 2 mornings and felt it had a good range of food and of good quality too.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Very clean, huge room with a lovely bathroom. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom was just one of those pull doors which offers very little privacy when you are not alone also there was no toilet brush.
