Pros:

The breakfast buffet is awesome. The staff was super nice! The room was clean and super for our family of 4 (children age 13,9).we stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. You are really close to everything in Berlin. Definitely a recommendation on our end!

Bra läge, sköna sängar (DUX), kylskåp, rent.
Park plats nr 3 i garaget: mörkt, backkameran såg inte vent aggregat på väggen med stålbur som stack ut. Backade in, bakrutan sönder eftersom vi har kombibil. Mycket besvär o väntan på åtgärder. Trist!

Das Hotel liegt gleich um der Ecke vom KaDeWe so dass du super schnell am Ku Damm. Ich habe mehrere Tage im Hotel verbracht und somit auch mehrere Zimmer bewohnt. Jedes Zimmer hat seine Einzigartigkeit, teilweise sind Kunstwerke an die Wände gesprüht welches super viel Farbe ins Wohlbefinden bringt. Die Matratzen sind so weich und komfortabel als ob man auf einer Wolke schläft. Das Personal super freundlich, hilfsbereich und stets präsent. Danke für die schöne Zeit hier ❤️

Pros:

Det var et fint rent værelse, som lå fantastisk i Kurfuerstendamm. Personalet var venligt, dog var de langsomme til at svare på beskeder inden opholdet. Det var et godt ophold.

התארתי ברשת מספר פעמים בנורבגיה ובדנמרק. המלון בברלין ממוקם במיקום מרכזי, סמוך לכלבו kdw.
הלובי מיושן ונדרש במתיחת פנים. כרושם ראשוני זהו מינוס רציני למלון. עם זאת החדרים מרווחים ונקיים וארוחת הבוקר מצויינת! רשת סקנדיק במיטבה. המגבות בחדר נדרשות ברענון. רובן ישנות וקשות, אבל זהו פרט שולי. המקום נקי ומסודר, קיימת כספת בחדר, מיקום מרכזי ושקט ושירות מצויין. בהחלט ממליץ!!!

Das Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch im Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Angebot an Speisen weist das Frühstücksbuffet auf. Die Auswahl an frischem Obst ist gelungen.

Schönes Hotel, ruhig und zentral. Gutes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl.
Gym okay eingerichtet, wenig Freihantelmöglichkeiten, typisch auf Kardio ausgelegt.
Sauberkeit: sichtbar gut, hab mir leider eine Bindejautentzündung eingefangen, evtl. Von den Kissen (kann auch wo anders her kommen).

Alles gut aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel,wäre es gut mal wieder die Wände zu putzen oder zu Streichen.Die Waschbecken waren auch ganz gelb, soll auch mal richtig sauber gemacht werden. Aber sonst war alles gut, das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit 👍
