It's a NO for me!

The hotel was very dirty. The room was poorly decorated and outdated. The sinks and the bathtub were clogged. Breakfast was minimal. Staff were not rude but not enthusiastic, just bleh......the guest bathroom stunk so bad, I bet it had not been cleaned or mopped for weeks. Just reeling of urine smell. I would definitely not be coming back.

Pros:

Nothing the staff was rude left my charger went back and housekeeping was using it!

Cons:

You can smell dogs and poop was outside the property and it was pit bulls in there very noise

Very clean and quiet and close to lots of food + shopping
Pros:

This is a really clean and quiet hotel, which is somewhat hard to find in the entire Detroit area for some reason. The room has half-carpet and half-hardwood floors which is a little strange (I prefer all carpet). The TV is kinda small for today's standards but they have all the popular channels. The heating unit worked good. There is an ice machine and laundry near the entrance. The only downside was the breakfast layout didn't feature any eggs or bacon which is my kind of breakfast. Just a waffle machine, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagels, juice and coffee.
