Pros:

Comfortable room.
Washing machine with a couple of laundry capsules and a drying rack.
Everything is clean and in good condition.

Location: 20 min walk from Kyoto station, bus stop nearby, another bus stop with a lot of busses in 10 min walk, subway station also a 10 min walk

An exellent place to stay!
Pros:

Loved the location, with easy access to centre of town and an excellent cafe just around the corner, which was very convenient for breakfast every morning!
Lovely, well-equipped apartment and very helpful, friendly Reception staff.
Would definitely stay here again!

周辺は静かな環境で落ち着いて過ごせる。

部屋は清潔で使いやすく、風呂トイレ別はありがたい。

Perfekter Check-in Service und schönes, kleines und sauberes Apartment
Pros:

Das Beste ist, dass die Sakura Hotels in Kyoto gleich beim Bahnhof ein Guest Center haben. Dort konnten wir schon morgens unser Gepäck abgeben und einchecken. Das Gepäck wurde kostenlos zum Hotel gebracht. Ein perfekter Service, der uns einen unbeschwerten Tag in Kyoto geschenkt hat. Super.

迷ったらこちらのホテル
Pros:

マンションタイプで他のホテルよりゆったりと広いです。
リピーターなので安心感がありコスパが良いので間違いないといった感じです。
出入口にビニール傘が置いてあり、フリーで使えるか分からなかったのですが便利だと思いました
。
私が気に入っているのは洗濯が出来る所です。
乾燥機能が付いていたら完璧です。
コンビニと100円自販機が近くにあるのが良い。
便数は少ないが河原町十条と京都駅間をバスで移動出来、便利です。
夜間、静かで落ち着いて休めます。

Cons:

寒い時季でもあり、エアコン使用しても寒かったです。
空気清浄機も欲しかったです。
1階のコーヒー用紙コップはホットコーヒーが入ると側面が熱く、部屋へ持って行くのが難しいのでスリーブがあると良いと思いました。
