Great value for money
Pros:

A spacious, well-equipped room with AC and washing machine. The small kitchen table with electric stove and kettle was very convenient! Location was ok, a bit further away from metro and the center, but a calm neighbourhood walking distance to Fujimi Inari shrine and some good restaurants and a konbini nearby.
The luggage storage service in the Guest Service Center near Kyoto station was very convenient, we used it both before check in (when they also transported the luggage to Fuga) and on the check out day (you need to take the luggage there yourself).

Cons:

I was missing bowls or bigger plates from the kitchen equipment. I only found 2 small plates.

Amazing value for money
Pros:

The place, staff, and facilities were amazing. Nothing to fault here. Great value for money.

Cons:

There were only 2 things. The toilet paper could be at least a 2ply or 3ply, and the location is a bit of a walk to the kyoto station, but there is a bus 2 minutes away from the hotel so not too bad.

A clean and comfortable hotel but staff spoke very limited English.
Pros:

The room was spacious (for Japan), clean and having a washing machine in the room made things very easy. The hotel was in a quiet location. A good coffee machine was available to guests 24/7 at no extra cost.

Cons:

The reception staff spoke and understood very little English which made any inquiries difficult. We frequently used google translate and even then, it took quite a bit of time to explain ourselves. The staff were quite young and did not go out of their way to assist us. The location of the property was not overly nice or convenient, but that was probably reflected in the price. It was about 12 minutes walk from the closest train station which was challenging at the end of each tiring day and would have been difficult in rainy weather.

Cons:

Pas hyper propre (poussière au niveau des bois le lits) et les lits pas super confortable (la literie serait à revoir). Sinon très bien quand même et pour le prix rien à dire.
