thank goodness it was only 1 one night stay, if more than 1 night would have canceled them
Pros:

the only thing good that I can write about was the convenient location of the hotel for my final destination points which were 1 was north of Roseville and the other point was in the southern part of Roseville, also checking in the clerk did help me into receiving a discount for getting a smaller room and getting a discount for not taking the larger room for just my spouse and me

Cons:

the smaller room only contained 1 small bar of soap for just the sink in the entry way and not in the shower, no Kleenex in the Kleenex are, also the bedspread had what appeared to have dog hair on it, there was no coffee machine in the room to make any coffee in the evening or the morning , the windows had a bad seal so that one heard the highway traffic that was right outside even though we were about 1 block away, no forewarning that the main street was under heavy construction

Breakfast wasn't worth the word Breakfast. Waffles and cold cereal. ONLY. No eggs no sausage no muffins no oatmeal no decaf no bagels nothin!

this was my 3rd stay at this hotel, and I have never in my life received such poor customer service!
Pros:

a gas station breakfast like 7 eleven was more enjoyable especially since the hotel wasn't clean. live and dead insects were on all windows under and on beds. etc.

Cons:

equally the unclean environment. having to argue with staff just to receive linen towels and toiletries. the fact that daily staff would void out our key cards anytime I left the building for a short time. and the aggressive and rude manner in which all but two staff members (Eddie maintenance man & older grayish whitenhairrdnfront desk attendant.) treated my self and other "Black, Afro-Latino" guests. housekeeping shooting us away like dogs whenever we inquired about anything. the disrespectful manner in which the female supervisor spoke to all guests as if we were a nuance and luck to be allowed to stay there. many times calling the police in attempt to have myself and others removed from the property. while refusing to return deposits accusing us of anything possible to justify not giving the money back upon checkout. I also didn't like the fact that they were so inconsiderate banging on the door and demanding myself and other guests to open the door immediately around checkout time even if nakedness and showering demanding that we pay or leave!!
