Loved the design, Aesop products in the rooms, the food was always really tasty! Within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.
Breakfast is A La Carte and you can only choose one dish and one drink either coffee or juice. It would be perfect if they offered a selection of juices and coffee and some fruits/yoghurt self service! For me as 160cm woman the breakfast is sufficient but for my partner as a tall hungry man it wasn’t enough! A sauna by the pool would perfect the whole experience!
Kloe hotel just outside the main centre offered me a home in KL. Its nice hotel personnel and the green and lush atmosphere were the key.
My room had a view to the pool and the green surroundings.
I liked the outside terrace, the goodies in my room and the IT skills of the office manager.
Condensed milk coffee and Turkish eggs are recommended

The service was impeccable.
The hotel is gorgeous - it has a very industrial, stylish design. The room is small but perfectly formed, with Aesop amenities and a great shower. We loved breakfast - super fresh and a welcome change from the buffet breakfast we were used to in Penang and Langkawi. We also had beers/coffee/cake here which were lovely and reasonably priced. Loved the touch of the little treats in the room! Reception and the cafe staff were attentive and friendly.
Check out is as 12 and we had a night flight out of KL. When I booked the room I requested a late check out, which was ignored. I didn't chase until a few days before, but then was told the hotel was full. We were able to use the pool past check out, but the only shower is an open shower right in front of quite a posh restaurant. It felt very uncomfortable doing a full shower in front of people having a lovely pasta dinner, not to mention inconvenient to have to pack wet swimming clothes in the case (not sure a nude open shower is legit, although we did consider!). The hotel must put a closed shower in the changing rooms on the pool floor. The pool is fine, but very much a dipping pool and all of the lounge space is in the shade. Also the restaurant on this floor feels very at odds with the pool. If the pool area is important to you, don't pick this hotel.
Great place to stay in KL. Close walk to TRX and Pavilion, as well as lots of hawker stalls behind the hotel for the full KL experience. Staff were friendly and love the aesthetic of the hotel. Would come back again!

Отмечу ресторан при отеле - ресторан европейской кухни с уклоном на итальянские блюда , с хорошим выбором вин и симпатичными коктейлями. Хороший бассейн , качественная сантехника. Персонал отеля любезен и приветлив . Кровать удобная , постельное белье качественное

I had a pleasant stay at KLOÉ Hotel Kuala Lumpur, especially appreciating the beautifully designed room. The aesthetics were thoughtfully curated, and the space felt intentional and comfortable. I also enjoyed the quality toiletries from Aesop, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.
That said, the room could be quite noisy at night, as I could hear water running through the pipes, which affected the restfulness of the stay. The location was another slight drawback — while it is within the Bukit Bintang area, it isn’t immediately convenient. It took about a 10-minute walk along a busy road to reach Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

Beautiful decor and design. Very calming and cool environment. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Great Little cafe for breakfast.
Nice place and good services. The room is so cormfy and pretty. Facilities are also in a good hand. Oh ya, the best part they giving a lot of in house snack and drinks.
