Our stay at KLoe Hotel was truly a meaningful and memorable one, and it became more than just a place to rest—it became part of our family’s cherished memories in Kuala Lumpur.

Even before our arrival, the experience was excellent. The hotel responded promptly to every email and was incredibly helpful in addressing our queries regarding accessibility, parking, and room arrangements. Their communication was clear, reassuring, and made planning our trip from Singapore much less stressful.

We drove from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, and the hotel was easy to locate and navigate to. Traffic around the area was understandably busy at times, but the staff had thoughtfully recommended suitable arrival timings, which helped us avoid the worst congestion. The location is fantastic—many malls, cafes, and attractions are nearby, with several places even within walking distance. During our stay, commuting via Grab was also convenient and hassle-free.

One aspect I especially appreciated was the hotel’s accessibility. My mother uses a wheelchair, and KLoe Hotel made her stay comfortable and manageable. The hotel itself is wheelchair-friendly, with ramps provided for her room, spacious lifts, and sufficient room for easy maneuvering with her travel wheelchair. While some roads outside the hotel were less friendly for wheelchair users, the hotel environment itself felt safe and accommodating. The drop-off point was particularly helpful, and the porter was always attentive and ready to assist us.

The staff truly made our stay special. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the porter immediately helped transfer our luggage onto a trolley upon arrival. What stood out most was how sincere the staff were—their hospitality never felt forced or superficial. Conversations felt natural and heartfelt, which gave the hotel a very personal touch. We were also grateful that they did their best to accommodate all three of our rooms on the same floor, making it much easier for our family to stay connected and support one another.

The rooms were wonderful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Both the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days out. Although earplugs were thoughtfully provided in case of noise, we never needed them, as the rooms were pleasantly quiet. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and I especially appreciated being able to control it directly from the room instead of relying on central air conditioning. The bathroom amenities and toiletries were lovely, and every detail felt carefully considered. I also loved the hotel’s industrial yet green aesthetic—it felt modern, calming, stylish, and practical all at once. There were plenty of power points throughout the room, which made charging devices easy for everyone.

In terms of value, KLoe Hotel is absolutely worth the price. The boutique hotel experience is beautifully done—it has a modern, relaxed vibe that makes checking in and out feel comfortable and stress-free. Parking charges and related details were communicated clearly beforehand, so there were no surprises.

What made this stay especially meaningful was not just the beautiful design or great location, but how cared for we felt throughout the entire experience. Travelling with family, especially with elderly members or loved ones with mobility needs, can sometimes be stressful. KLoe Hotel helped ease that burden with genuine kindness and thoughtful service.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it offers quick access to many shopping complexes and eateries in the Bukit Bintang area (about 10-15 min walk).

The atmosphere in the lobby is peaceful and relaxing: the music playing in the background contributed to an altogether tranquil atmosphere. Trees are planted around the hotel, giving the impression that you’re surrounded by nature. The rooms were tastefully decorated, with pastel colours intersecting with natural, wooden patterns. Fresh sheets are provided daily, and communication with the front desk via the room telephone is swift and convenient. The rooms variously overlook the hotel courtyard, the local neighbourhood street, and the city. Overall, a decidedly cozy experience.

The restrooms in the lobby were clean and functional and the soap is very high quality. And the toilets flush. And there’s a swimming pool! We didn’t end up going, but it looks nice!

There is a freshly prepared breakfast every day from 7:30am to 5pm, made to order, so you can stay in bed all day and still enjoy breakfast in the afternoon. The hotel also includes an on-site restaurant, the Mauceri, offering fresh pasta and cozy vibes.

Each room has local snacks popular in Malaysia, like Mamee and rice crackers. Nostalgia distilled into a basket.

The staff were very friendly and attended to our every need. They were also informative and knowledgeable on the Bukit Bintang area; they had many suggestions on where to eat!

Overall, our verdict is that we’ll definitely come again.

KLoé Hotel gets the basics right and then some. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a property that has been thought through carefully. The design is crisp and contemporary without feeling cold, with a sense of personality that sets it apart from the generic business hotels that dominate KL’s mid-range scene. The interiors are nicely put together, the rooms well-appointed, and the overall aesthetic gives the place a boutique feel that punches above its category.

Breakfast deserves a special mention. The spread is generous and well-executed — a good variety of options done properly, rather than the tired buffet fare you often encounter at comparable hotels. Food quality really surprised us. Dishes were fresh, wholesome, and noticeably healthier, far exceeding what we had anticipated.

But what truly elevated our stay was the people. Ahmad is warm, attentive, and seemingly always in good spirits. He has a genuine smile ready every time we crossed paths and went out of his way to be helpful without ever being intrusive.

KLoé strikes a nice balance — stylish enough to feel like a treat, comfortable enough to feel like home, and staffed by people who clearly take pride in what they do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to make this our base again on our next visit to KL.

I loved this stay. It was a perfect location (very central), the atmosphere was super cool and relaxed, the rooms were very clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped (with hip design). Great value for the money. Highly recommend.

Hotel is conveniently placed for downtown with all shopping and dining within a 10-15 min walk. Room was comfortable and our rate included breakfast which was tasty. Staff were all very polite and very friendly. If i was returning to KL id stay here again!

Good location, near restaurants and shopping malls. Room was great and the addition of childhood snacks was great.

Stayed in the city room for 1 night while we were stopping by KL. Always wanted to check out KLoe Hotel. Love the vibes of the room, the concept store downstairs. Love the little touch of Malaysian childhood snacks in the room. Looking forward to check out the vinyl records in the other room next round! Also it’s walkable to TRX, so that was very convenient!

We didn’t expect much beyond having a comfortable place to stay while visiting KL, but this hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was our first time staying here, and it truly made our trip both enjoyable and memorable.

The vibe of the hotel is incredibly cool and welcoming. Both the guests and staff create a warm, friendly atmosphere that feels effortless and genuine. Everyone we encountered was polite, cheerful, and always smiling. Not once did we see a staff member without a sincere smile, which we genuinely appreciated.

The check-in process was exceptionally smooth. The front desk staff who assisted us was kind, professional, and took the time to share useful information that made our stay even better.

The interior design and décor are absolutely stunning. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to work remotely for a few days. The open-concept spaces are thoughtfully designed, allowing you to get work done while still enjoying conversations with friends or fellow guests over a great cup of coffee. The coffee bar is a wonderful addition and perfectly complements the overall atmosphere.

Our room was spotless, the pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the in-room amenities were excellent,including Aesop products, which was a lovely touch.
The location is another major plus, with easy walking access to attractions such as Berjaya Times Square and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Room was great, until housekeeping attempted to open my door to deliver housewarming cookies, which the Front Desk forgot to inform me about it. Maximum scary, was taking a nap and it was not a very friendly experience, went to the Front Desk to ask about it, the front desk replied quite calmly except at first he questioned me: "its the xxxx whatever that we informed you" except that I was not told anything during my check-in. Maybe the tone was fine, just that I was scared and angry. So not going to escalate this part. Overall, great room, just need to have a better checklist.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at KLoé Hotel. What impressed us most was the ambience of the entire property. From the beautifully designed drop-off area to the welcoming lobby, stylish common spaces and thoughtfully curated guest room, every corner of the hotel exudes character and charm. The hotel successfully creates a warm and intimate atmosphere that sets it apart from conventional city hotels.

The hospitality was equally impressive. Shortly after we checked into our room, the staff proactively contacted us to ensure everything was in order. Any additional requests were attended to promptly and efficiently, reflecting the team’s attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction.

The room amenities were exceptional. We especially appreciated the complimentary snacks, which brought back nostalgic childhood memories, as well as the premium Aesop toiletries provided in the room — a unique and luxurious touch rarely found in hotels within this category. Overall, KLoé Hotel delivers a memorable boutique experience, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur.
