Cons:

隔音效果應該不太好改善，入住前也有收到很多入住須知，可惜還是有人在晚上大笑大叫。

We (4 adults and 2 kids) stayed 6 days over there, shops are walkable distance, parking nearby too.
Pros:

there is no breakfast provided, however nearby the accommodation have few convenient shops which is walkable and convenience.

Cons:

there is a little disappointed which is the floor not so clean
