Service at the front desk was VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS OR NEEDED MORE TOWELS THEY WERE VERY HELP. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL PREPARED.
THE HALL AND ELEVATOR FLOORS SHOULD Have BEEN CLEANED OR VACUUMED BETTER. THE ELEVATOR FLOOR WAS WET AND SMELLED LIKE CHLORINE.

The room was disgustingy. There was some big huge brown stain in the tub. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and it was justgjhjust bad bath.
Bed was cozy
When arriving the room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was not friendly, and the breakfast was not good. The only thing good about this was the location. At the end of our day, the elevator quit working and we had to carry all of our stuff down from the third floor. Very disappointed in this establishment. The pool had way too much chlorine in the pool. It was so cloudy and you could barely breathe of the smell of chlorine in the pool area. Disgusting.
Room close to exit
Beds were old worn out not inline with the head board,fridge froze everything overnight,room coffee had wrong filter and cup.was too big to fit,breakfast was non existent after 9am,out of 24 hour coffee.only counter person spoke English.
Definitely needed some updating and it could have been cleaner. We found much of the furniture, carpet and etc. outdated and worn.
Do not stay this property! It is not up kept at all. We walked into the room to find a hole in the wall, and the chair was covered in stains and holes in the sheets. We should’ve known at that point to turn around and try to get a refund, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We went down to use the pool and there was a film of foam on top of the pool. That evening, we went to make up the sofa bed and there were no sheets. we called down to the front desk as we were ready for bed and they said they were too busy to come up. We had to go down and get the sheets. When we open the sofa bed, the mattress was so beat up that you could see the springs in between. We went down to let the staff know about issues and he said he understood and then walked away from us and said that we should move to another hotel the next day since we were unhappy.
The next morning at breakfast we went down, and there were no yogurts left only an hour and a half into breakfast. People were told It was just an overall terrible experience, which I have never had anywhere that I have stayed and we have travelled too many different countries and cities. We would never stay here or recommend anyone else staying here. they could not get yogurt as it was already at its maximum. By the time we left at 9 AM which still had an hour left into breakfast the muffins were gone as well as the yogurts. Most of the toast and bagels were finished as well and did not look like they were being replenished.
I have never been so disappointed in a hotel in all the times I have traveled between the staff, cleanness of hotel, and just overall not upkeep in the rooms, etc. I would never recommend anyone staying here.
Power was completely out whole time i was there experienced cold showers, food going bad because of no refridgeration... As well as me and my significant had to sit in the complete dark for hours.....

Colazione molto scarsa ,la pulizia della camera è stata inesistente ,dopo 4 giorni che ho alloggiato sono dovuto andare alla Reception per chiedere di pulirmi la camera e cambiarmi le salviette ,corridoio dell'albergo sempre sporchi con sacchetti di immondizia davanti alle porte, e le porte tutte nere di manate e appiccicose.
