Всё отлично! Все сотрудники в каждой смене помогали с мелкими вопросами. Сама гостиница хорошая, всё понравилось. Хорошая шумоизоляция, соседей не слышно. Уборка каждый день, полотенца меняют, шампунь добавляют. Всё отлично

Personel inanılmaz kötü idi, özellikle ilk gece bizi karşılayan sanki kovacak gibiydi, -8 derece civarı bir havada mailleşiyor olduğumuz ve geleceğimiz saati bildikleri halde, ısıtılmamış ve camları açık bir odaya bizi aldılar, klima başta ısıtmadı, açtıktan 5-10 dakika sonra ilk sıcaklık gelir dedi, üşüyor olmamıza ve ısıtma bulunmuyor olmasına şaşırdık diye nerede ise biz suçlu olduk. Buarada kendisi üzerinde polar bir battaniye ile otelin içinde geziyordu, ayrıca asansör yoktu, nerede ise 5-6 kat civarında yükseklikte olan odaya bavul çıkarmak korkunçtu. Soğuktan banyo bile yapamadık.

27 aralık 2025 te 4 kişi giriş yaptık. 9 gece kaldık. Resepsiyon daki arkadaşlar çok ilgili. Temizlikçi abla 10 numara. Odalarımız her gün temizlendi. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Otel her tarafa yürüme mesafesinde. Dönüşte otel sahibi uygun fiyata araç ayarladı Trabzon havalimanına... Aile oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

В целом хорошо. Выделить место под курение.

Расположение идеально, завтраки, отношение персонала

Cons:

Персонал курил на балконе первого этажа и дым заходил в коридор и в номера. Не во всех номерах отопление . В некоторых только отопление кондиционером.
