Location was great.
Appon arrival was informed we were on top floor and elevators were broken. Another guest said he had been there 3 weeks and they have been broken the whole time of his stay. Alage green scum growing around the edges of pool and pool ladder was broke missing bottom rung and very loose. Bathrooms were dirty in rooms. Overall terrible experience.
The staff was outstanding! The value for the price we paid was great! Best complimentary breakfast we’ve experienced.
Elevators were out (we were informed ahead of time) so the staircase door was constantly slamming.
The elevator was out of service and they put us on the 3rd floor... They didn't supply enough towels it was stuffy no air flow ..the staff wouldn't give us a extra cot because the elevator was broken so my daughter had to sleep on the floor which the beds were so uncomfortable she most likely slept better than anyone else

little maintenance issues. Bathroom door wouldn't latch and the main door wouldn't latch. my husband did do some adjustments to get the door lock to engage. Elevator also didn't work due to a part being back ordered, but was notified in advance. Free workout plan staying on the 4th floor.

No working elevator, room on 4th floor. Went to get ice and ICE machines on 4th and 3rd floor inoperable.
No discount offered. ONLINE Check-In refused so probably didn't add my Wyndham account number to stay.
After 900+ miles, 9:00pm - didn't want to have to find somewhere else. Not typical Wyndham.
