I was very disappointed with my experience at checkout. As checkout time approached, the front desk repeatedly called my room multiple times, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. One reminder would have been more than enough. The constant calls made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, and it left a negative impression of what was otherwise an okay stay. I believe the staff should handle checkout reminders more respectfully and professionally.

I slept well and felt comfortable here. I would gladly come back here again.
Pros:

I was greeted by friendly staff. They answered my various questions graciously. The room was clean, the bed/mattress was very comfortable, I was able to work a bit at the desk, TV worked, good quality bath gel smelled nice and I was glad to see it in larger containers instead of little disposal bottles, plenty of towels and pillows.

Cons:

The view was of the parking lot. But I did get a good amount of sky, so that was nice.
