Solid well priced hotel!
Pros:

Like the little touches such as fruit infused water, cookies and apples available in the lobby. The gym was small but decent. Many Restaurants choices within walking distance

Cons:

Even though the location was easily assessable by 85 and Almaden expressway, it was a litttle hidden away with our room facing a freeway.

Pros:

Staffs are friendly

Cons:

Upon checking, one of the staffs that was cleaning/mopping the floor even though I was standing waiting to check in keep mopping so I keep moving so I won’t be on her way. It’s like she didn’t care at all does not even say excuse me nor wait til people checking in are done. I find that very rude.

Great place to stay as always
Pros:

Well run hotel that was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast as always with Hamptons.

Cons:

Small breakfast area where people just hung out and wouldn’t allow others to eat. Not the hotel’s fault but I wish people had awareness.

Everything was wonderful, but the price was too high and I was automatically checked in on 3/14 even if I reported my flight was cancelled due to airline side problems on 3/14 and checked in on 3/15…

Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and professional. The lady who checked us in at 1 am made it easy as we are very tired from travel. She’s very helpful and wonderful.
