Everything. Very clean, staff is extremely friendly, guys doing the valet parking were so polite and cheerful. Best hotel lobby bar we have ever been to. Very knowledgeable bartenders.

- Good in-room dining, but $199 is a little much for 1 flat iron steak with truffle fries, 1 shrimp cocktail and 1 macaroni and cheese, 2 glasses of Chardonnay and 1 piece of key lime pie.
- Room layout, was horrible. Who in their right mind would have designed the room layout we had? Only 1 chair for 2 people, no place to put a room service tray, a heavy barn door in the middle of the room that is very hard as heck to open and close.
- There was no iron in the room, only an ironing board.

Reservations required for SpeakEasy. We thought we could just stop in for a late night drink since they are open until midnight and when we asked the front desk staff where to find it, were told to email the manager, since reservations were required. She never told us where it was, even just to see it.

I have terrible allergies so I make it a habit to check. there was a ton of dust on the headboard and on the top of the closet.
