The location was close to everything. Walking around the town was very enjoyable. We had dinner at the hotel one evening and the food was incredible. The staff was very nice too and extremely accommodating. Upon checkout, we accidentally left behind some bourbon glasses that we bought as souvenirs and the hotel is shipping them back to us in Ohio. We are extremely appreciative. Thank you Hotel Distil for a memorable 21st celebration!
I requested 2 rooms to be close together but they were on different floors.
Location was excellent. Valets were good and fast.
Room service messed up our order, fixed it, but left our tray out side our door for two days. It was kinda crazy. The first day housekeeping did a poor job, the second day they did a great job.
Was not clean, beds were very uncomfortable,parking was a long walk and staff were just not friendly!!
The valet guys was the only one that was friendly and we parked in garage.
Fabulous, I loved the restaurant. Had dinner and Breakfast. Very Nice.

I loved the room. It was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is also in a great location.
Upon check-in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for my room. I told her I prepaid in advance through Booking.com. She continued to say my “credit card on file was declined.” I told her I never gave the hotel a credit card as I paid Booking.com, not the hotel in advance. I showed her my receipt through Booking.com that said my booking is confirmed and paid. She refused to acknowledge it or even investigate further. I didn’t want to cause any scene as we were there for a special occasion. I gave her another credit card as I didn’t have any choice even though I had already pre paid and showed my receipt. When I went to my room, I immediately called Booking.com and they confirmed that I had already prepaid and the hotel collected their payment two months before. The representative at Booking.com asked to speak to the hotel staff so I went back downstairs to the front desk agent and put her on the phone. Finally, the front desk agent called her manager and “found the payment.” She never apologize to me, but instead said “credit card was declined, but it’s settled now.” Booking.com stated the reason they declined it was because the hotel had already collected their payment two months before. I have used Booking.com internationally and NEVER had an issue like this. I never received an apology for the huge inconvenience and ruining my experience. It took over an hour to resolve this issue. The front desk agents never apologized for their mistake and wasting our time when all they had to do was investigate a little further. Had I not called Booking.com myself, no one at the front desk would have helped me. They would of let me pay twice without investigating my issue further.
