Awesome and peaceful
Pros:

Very courteous staff and they even extended our stay for 3 hours as our flights got delayed. So we dint have to roam around without room.
Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Good location, clean room, pleasant employees.

Cons:

Needed a fan in the bathroom, a nightlight would help.
Needed a clock.
The breakfast coffee despenser ran out of coffee. Had to ask the front desk to check with the kitchen help to refill. Ran out of oatmeal. Coffee cup lids would be helpful.

Good location. Bed comfort lacking. Room service somewhat off.
Pros:

Great location to shopping and restaurants.
Had king bed room and we found it not so comfortable .

Cons:

Usually we pick Marriott for the beds but we did not find it comfortable at this location. We felt like a topper was needed. Everything was great except room service while out of room was lacking .
We got towels and shower cleaned but nothing else.

iI stayed at this hotel for 3 nights! not one time did they come in to clean, exchange towels, or empty trash! the walls was cover with reddish stain near the light switch in the bathroom and shower and floors were not cleaned! Also, when my husband asked, the housekeeper for more towels, he was told by the housekeeper that they didn’t have an enough to give him!! very prestige area and hotel!

Pros:

The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice but the pillows were terrible and caused both my partner and myself to struggle to get to and stay asleep.
For the price we paid for the room the breakfast was reasonable.

Pros:

The rooms were very dirty. I switched to another room. It was pretty dirty, but the bed was so uncomfortable. I did not sleep. I will probably never stay in a Fairfield Inn again.
