Breakfast was great and all the workers were great!!

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was a convenient location and easy to get in and out of from the interstate. We were only there for one night.

Good location, clean room, pleasant employees.

Very courteous staff and they even extended our stay for 3 hours as our flights got delayed. So we dint have to roam around without room.
Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Thought I was booking Springfield Suites which I’ve stayed at several times happily and accidentally booked Fairfield. My mistake, but didn’t realize til day of check in. Not as clean as I would have liked. Carpet and bathroom not swept well. Lots of hair on the floor in bathroom. Wiped it up myself. Furniture was fine and it was only for one night.

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Had king bed room and we found it not so comfortable .

We have stayed here a couple of times before and it was good but this time it was frankly dismal. The room we were assigned had no heating controls, the shower base was ripped, and two of the three shower items (body wash and shampoo) were missing, meaning there was only conditioner. We were arriving late after a long flight from Europe and so we were too tired to ask for a new room. We just slept, got up early (jet lag), and left very early. This was a very disappointing stay and honestly we would not stay here again as it seems to be going downhill.

The guy who checked us in was very nice and helpful and the room seemed clean but they should take 217 out of commission and fix the issues as it does not speak well to the rst of the place.

This hotel is conveniently located about half way between the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. There are plenty of sidewalks to walk to several restaurants and even a Walmart nearby. It was close to the airport, but we never heard any airplanes while inside the hotel. It could be because we were on the opposite side of the hotel though too. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was nice with plenty of hot and cold items from which to choose. Our room was large with a large bathroom as well. One large empty wall in the bathroom though would have been nice to have some hooks to hang towels, clothes, etc. Bring your own soap because theirs fell apart after just a few uses. There was a nice long desk in the room with plenty of room to put your things and a microwave and refrigerator that was actually cold (some hotels have ones that are barely cold). If you prefer firm pillows, you should bring your own. They only had squishy ones. One of the biggest drawbacks was the noise we could hear. The people next door liked to play music all the time. It wasn't loud enough to hear the words, just the beat of the music. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

iI stayed at this hotel for 3 nights! not one time did they come in to clean, exchange towels, or empty trash! the walls was cover with reddish stain near the light switch in the bathroom and shower and floors were not cleaned! Also, when my husband asked, the housekeeper for more towels, he was told by the housekeeper that they didn’t have an enough to give him!! very prestige area and hotel!

What started as a very frustrating experience was quickly rectified by Ashely. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Her customer service is first rate! The suite was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast had a good variety. I would recommend staying here if you need a place near the airport.

Overall an Amazing Stay with no addtl ideas to suggest

The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice but the pillows were terrible and caused both my partner and myself to struggle to get to and stay asleep.
For the price we paid for the room the breakfast was reasonable.
