Bueno, pero se puede mejorar.
Pros:

La atención y servicio del personal muy buena, la habitación muy grande y bien, pero el baño muy pequeño e incómodo. Al querer pagar con tarjeta se realizó un cobro de comisión por "pago con tarjeta" del 5% adicional, algo que no está permitido por la Profeco.

Es un hotel a un precio accesible, pero no es lo único que cuenta, el servicio es terrible, tienen desorganización en el personal, al llegar no pude pagar con tarjeta lo cual es casi impensable en un hotel, lo mismo pasó en el restaurante, la comida es aceptable pero volvemos a lo mismo el personal está desorganizado, he leído bastantes opiniones buenas del hotel y no entiendo el por qué, las habitaciones son simples, mal aseadas y con malos olores, en fin si quieres conocer Zacatlán hay muchas opciones en el mismo rango de precios y seguro micho mejor.
