Not 5 star but comfortable will be back
Pros:

The rooms are clean and I like the kitchenette I was not expecting that the remote could use and upgrade but overall i would comeback

Cons:

The driveway needs repair and the remote for the TV barely works and provide water

Pros:

The staff was friendly and Shawn the manager made it all that much more worth it when booking.com dropped the ball on with their lack of business ethic when handling someone else's money. No empathy especially when it's their inconsistency that the issue lacks communication on their behalf

Was okay for a night. No shower, only coffee, and had to eat breakfast somewhere down the road.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Only coffee offered. Staff was friendly though.

Cons:

The matte in the bathtub was cracked and lifting up away from the tub itself. Wife would not use the tub as it did not look clean or safe.

Absolutely nothing. It was filthy, unsafe

Cons:

We were in the area for work. No hot water, paid for a kitchens and they didn’t have any supplies for it. Second night there were no towels, holes in the concrete floors on the 3rd floor, ceiling tile missing, trash chute was open huge safety hazard. The fire extinguishers were open and kids were playing with them. The hotel just shrugged and management never would return our calls. We had to leave after the first night due to safety and no hot water. Booking will not give any assistance either on getting us a refund for the false advertising on their site.
