Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Quartz Hotel & Spa. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and feels very safe. The location is excellent, especially because it’s very close to the border. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I’ve had a very good experience staying here and would definitely stay again.

Everything was very good, and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The hotel also seemed to have very complete amenities. I did not have the opportunity to use the spa or the gym during this visit, but both looked very appealing, and I would definitely like to try them next time.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which could offer a little more variety and more generous portions.I also found the room rate to be somewhat high considering the location. While I understand the quality of the hotel, for a similar price you can often find hotels in the United States that offer more amenities or are located in more central areas. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

Everything was very good, but my favorite part of the hotel was definitely the pool and outdoor area. The space was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, and it made the stay feel especially enjoyable.

Love the staff! Very lovely place to enjoy.
Pros:

My sister fell and sprained her ankle outside by the jacuzzi. The staff did amazing to help us as much as possible. It just made us very sad that it happened. LOVED THE STAFF AND FOOD!

My sister fell and sprained her ankle outside by the jacuzzi on the floor..The staff did amazing to help us as much as possible. It just made us very sad that it happened. Hotel was very clean and gorgeous. We hope next time there willl be Mats outside the jucuzzi to help prevent falls.
