Pros:

The staff are excellent,very attentive to your needs and request. The pool and spa are clean and very Pease full and the garden area is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and very quiet could not hear neighbors or hallway noise. The beds are a little hard, but had lots of pillows and everthing else is excellent. I also like that the room has beautiful floor to ceiling window and a giantI black out shade and a shade that will block out 50% light as well. I definitely be be back and stay again.

Horrible service and personal
Pros:

I booked this and the lied to me and charged my debit card and I called that I wanted to change the dates and they said they were gonna do it and the. They said they couldn’t do that that hotel has bad personal and bad experience dont book with them unless they keep their word make sure you get something in writing or they just lied specially the front desk and manager thought there were one of a decent hotel in tijuana but there not they just ripped people off

Never unless they offer my money back and a free stay which I doubt they would

Comfortable stay in nice place
Pros:

The location, the staff, the food the facilities and overall the hotel was nice was also good they were fluent in English and Spanish

Cons:

The mattress wasn’t the best one was already showing some age since it was sink in the middle (not too bad but was )

Perfect hotel to stay at for someone crossing the border tj enjoy Mexico

Loved how clean it felt, the beds were also very comfortable, though space in the room as well as the restroom, just wish it had better restroom light for makeup
