Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff were very helpful, even though their English was quite limited.
The only downside was that the hotel was rather hard to find-it is on the 19th floor of a building, with only a small sign outside to indicate its location.
Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chengdu!

Pros:

Hotel wifi speed is slow and the safe box in hotel room has no electrical socket, thus not usable. Signboard location to the hotel is difficult to locate and taxi drivers also do not where is the place. The ambience of hotel room and design is great and clean and staff is helpful and polite. Never expected to have a hotel lobby on the 19th floor of a commercial building.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the room and wood decor. When I finally got to the hotel which was a little difficult to find because Orbitz had the wrong building marked on their website. Once I arrived the staff were extremely nice to me. They gave me two small gifts a panda keychain and a Chinese New Year gift. I thought it was very sweet of the manager! I had some hot tea and some treats at reception. The breakfast was free and I enjoyed it. I didn’t have much chance to tour as much as I could because of my back injury but next time I come to Chengdu I would stay here again! It was conveniently located and 10 minute walk to Tianfu Square. Thank you for your warm reception and I will email Orbitz to fix the location of the building. 😊

Staffs are friendly,lication is convenient. The only thing is everytime go out have to wait elevators.

Best hotel I have stayed in Chengdu
Pros:

This is by far the best-hidden 3 stars hotel I have stayed in Chengdu. This is more like 4 stars. You do, however, need to take the crappy elevator up to the 19th floor, but after that everything is great!
