Siempre fue satisfactoria a excepción de esta vez ya que eran 3 habitaciones distintas dobles y me entregaron una sencilla, al ir a recepción hicieron el cambio satisfactorio me querían entregar un $ que no me correspondia (Mismo que no acepte obviamente) pero a la mañana siguiente se negaban a brindarnos el desayuno cortesía ya que me solicitaban el vaucher y como no lo encontraba no me querían dar el servicio mismo que se me hacía ilógico el proceder de la recepcionista ya que si ya pásate la noche ahí y con llave en mano es porque eres huésped.... Un poco renuente la Srita pero ya cuando mostré el recibo todo bien, sólo falta de criterio... Digo, vas a descansar y que te estén marcando a las 8am de recepción en Domingo “No es de Dios” y aparte el disgusto del resto de la familia

Pros:

Americans Beware ! The beds are hard, wifi is very slow noisy and one of the morning waiters is very racist. The cleaning staff is very nice but when you go eat in the morning and the waiter throws your food at you and gives you dirty looks it made us go look for breakfast elsewhere. The cafe at the hotel has a very limited menu and the food is terrible. We stayed there for 2 weeks because our truck was in the shop. I go to Chihuahua a lot but I will never go back to Hotel Marrod.
