Great place great people just need lower cost for all!
Pros:

I think its a really nice Holiday Inn Express but I beleive the price of the room are way to high for the value. I feel like hotels are taking advantage of people traveling. It can start with IHG by reducing the rates so us bussiness people and just people alone that find it hard to pay these prices for a vacation or work like me. I run my company like if my customers where me small profit and get more business that offset charging higher prices and lossing customers. We have to get pricing down so people can afford travel. I ask that you do whats right for all!

Pros:

Breakfast was good but some machines did not work properly. Facilities were nice and clean. Staff were learning a new computer system so there were struggles during check-in.

Breakfast was great! I enjoyed it. Staff was friendly!

Cons:

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The shower glass door was dirty! I feel the room could’ve been just a little nicer looking for the price!

well kept and nicely run hotel
Pros:

breakfast was just ok
nice selection of fruit , baked goods, and yogurts
coffee machine a bit difficult to operate but great coffee!

way too noisy for sleeping next to the freeway

I was promised some sort of compensation for this disgusting stay but nothing. No more IHG

Ended up with Bed bugs!!!
Bugs in the towel fibers
Broken toilet wouldn’t flush
Super loud cooling unit couldn’t sleep
Shower head only drizzled small amt of water
Electrical outlet by bed didn’t work for charging phone
Pillows had sharp feathers coming out !
Tv remote didn’t match tv and the channels were awful
NO soap in bathroom!
NO Sanitizer in hall by elevators
All of this for $250 a night!

I stay in a lot of hotels this was outrageously bad. Staff didn’t seem to care much.

User friendly and clean
Pros:

Location, clean and room location

Cons:

Bathtub was slippery, bathroom floor slippery, sink was barely draining, and hand and body wash bottle were empty, insufficient towels for two in bathroom.

Coffee make is too big for counter pace and cord too short to move it anywhere else..

No one drinks decaf and two regular coffee k cups are not adequate
