Pleasant stay at Staybridge Biltmore.
Pros:

Staff was excellent. Property clean and attractive. When I told the front desk that the noise from the freeway kept me awake, they gave me a different room.
Actually it was a room that they should have given me. Because I had requested a room on the ground floor with easy access to take my dog out. But no matter. It worked out. The staff makes this property. Its them. They are great!

Cons:

No working phone in the rooms.
No blue tooth connection to pair my phone to the tv so that I can watch YouTube like one can at a Fairfield by Marriott.
The towels need to be replaced. They were a bit rough.
The staff is so wonderful why not bring the quality of the property match the excellent service?

I was disappointed with my recent stay, particularly with the breakfast service. The options were constantly limited and repeated, which made the experience feel monotonous. The quality has noticeably declined compared to my previous visits, and this change was disappointing.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the common areas did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost of the stay. For the price, I expected a higher standard of upkeep and attention to detail.

Overall, the experience fell short of what I’ve come to expect from this property, and I hope improvements are made in both food variety and facility maintenance.

Comfortable at a nice location
Pros:

The location is excellent. The breakfast can be a bit more diverse for vegan/ vegetarian customers. It would be very convenient to keep the eggs separate from sausages/ ham to prevent cross contamination.

Cons:

The bathroom door should have the capability to be locked from inside for privacy reasons.

Pros:

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and large. Clean and nice buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Fireplace, pool, and soda machine were broken. The neighborhood was not the best and restaurants were not within walking distances.

Overall great stay, the dogs enjoyed it too.
Pros:

Breakfast was good to start the day and the location was very convenient to downtown.

Cons:

At other staybridge we have been to the hospitality night actually had a complete meal with adult beverages, not finger foods. Also having the shuttle available to downtown conventions, maybe for an additional minimal cost.

We have stayed at Staybridge suites in New Mexico and Arizona. We will never stay at the Staybridge suites in Phoenix, A
Pros:

The staff that was on site was amazing.

Cons:

Our two bedroom suite was absolutely filthy. I requested the room to be reclaimed the next morning after our arrival, only to return to find the same exact cleanses still there. We’re talking hair on the walls, dusty vents, dust dirt, inside chest of drawers, dirty linen, dirty towels.
