Pros:

We booked 3 rooms from Expedia and took confirmation, but when we received to hotel at 23 o’clock , they said that no any rooms are available!!!
After some discussion with them and calling to hotel manager, they give us just two rooms. One without AC for two person and another with AC.
They said they informed this issue to Expedia by email after our reservation.
It’s unbelievable because Expedia sent us one message that is attached in below.
I don’t know this problem is from Expedia or Hotel.
We had confirmation and hotel didn’t accept it.
I hadn’t received any message or email from Expedia till now!!!!
