Pros:

excellent service from staff at reception and bar. housekeeping staff keep the rooms spotless. the hotel is bright and airy and a good feel about the hotel from the time you walk through the door. loved the idea that I could position the back if the bed to my liking. never seen this in any other hotel.

Cons:

although we had access to tea and coffee in the bar. it would be nice to see kettle facilities in the room. beds were a bit hard found it hard to sleep

Cons:

Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus . Chambre fonctionnelles mais petites , pas d’aménagement pmr dans la chambre .

Only suitable for couple
Pros:

The location of the property is not bad

Cons:

The lighting of the room is not enough
Also, the toilet doesn’t have a door
If you come out from the shower
You will be naked in front of your friend
Because there is no space to put towel and clothes inside the shower without making them wet
If you travel with friends it would be an embarrassing situation

Sehr gute Lage zum Erkunden von Edinburgh
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, um die "Neustadt" und das alte Zentrum zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte nur eine Klimaanlage, die sich teilweise von selbst wieder einschaltete und dann mit deutlich niedrigerer Temperatur. Zwischendurch wurde kaum gereinigt (es gibt im Zimmer keine Toilettenbürste) und wenn, recht oberflächlich. Das Parkhaus war sehr teuer, weil die hoteleigene Rabattkarte nicht berücksichtigt wurde. Der Hinweis, dass dann der Service des Parkhauses hätte angerufen werden sollen, wurde uns erst hinterher gegeben.
