Pros:

I didn’t get to stay because booking.com didn’t process my stay quick enough and I had to rebook. Got charged twice.

This hotel looks and feels like brand new! Comfortable and clean!
Pros:

Facility is spotlessly clean! Staff is friendly and professional. The room was AWESOME! Great views of the New York skyline. Bed was comfortable..walk in shower was very nice with liquid soap pumps. There is a Library in the building! So cool. Drinks and snacks are available at the check in counter.

Cons:

Traffic in surrounding area is really bad. Valet parking is nice but the $35 parking fee is not. Elevators are very slow.

It smelt like weed, the carpet was stained and sticky, the toilet kept breaking, they gave us the wrong room and gave us attitude when we said it was the wrong room.

A GREAT first trip to NYC for us and a great place to stay if going to a Mets game!
Pros:

We loved being outside of Manhattan so we could SEE Manhattan. The neighborhood was really interesting and not something we'd experienced before. TONS of restaurants, cool shops, and a great bar just around the corner made this a really fun location.

Cons:

We really don't have any complaints, but if I had to think of something it would be the outside of our windows were kind of dirty which made taking photos of the Manhattan skyline not as clear as they could have been. That's VERY minor though.
