The staff was amazing! Super helpful for our situation. Facility was clean and breakfast was pretty good as well.
The only negative I can think of is that there is not a hot tub with the pool

I loved how clean and modern it was. Friendly staff and very comfortable beds. The only downside if anything was the train being close by. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was nice.

I loved the view of the Mt. from the 5th floor. The water pressure from the shower was perfect as well.
The scrambled eggs were a tad bit dry during breakfast.
At one point, we returned from our day out (softball tournament) when we went to enter the back of the building our key/cards didn't work. We had to walk around to the lobby to reactivate our key/ cards to enter our room.
We really really loved the personnel that served us breakfast. She was kind, thoughtful, I was struggling with my newborn baby, and she stopped and helped me. She made sure I eat also. She adds great value to this facility! I couldn’t be more happy with her love and grace when talking to customers!
Also, we happen to get a flat tire in the parking lot and the stuff was really kind and extended our stay by a few hours! That was so helpful to not have to sit and wait for a tow outside with the baby!
I asked for a late checkout and the cleaning person walked in my room, I wasn’t super upset but she did wake my baby.
Also, our room only had two sets of towels, and that was really hard! But the front desk was able to give us more. It just was hard to come down with baby!

No cup in the rooms!!! Was ready for bed and went to take meds and no cups to drink water from apparently management decided not to put cups in the room rooms because of recycle issues. They should issue cups when you check in.

Nice and clean, good breakfast.
The string Lysol smell after every breakfast floor cleaning. A whole production every day with a large area cordoned off. Guests could not use it but staff would sit there taking their breaks.
