Palo Verde is always a top quality stay, some of the best you can have along El Salvador’s coast. Beds are comfy, nature surrounding the hotel is great, food is awesome. What else could you need? Amazing. I’ve stayed plenty of times and will continue to do so. Can’t wait to see how the renovated areas will look!
I’ve always considered Palo Verde’s staff to be some of the best in La Libertad, and this time around it was certainly the case with most of the service. Specially Nan-Tal (the restaurant) and the security staff up front. Everyone is so friendly. But most of the reception staff was very unwelcoming this time around. They always had a serious face and were not friendly or attentive.

The location, the rooms, and facilities were great.
Nothing really, except for the ongoing restaurant remodeling. But that’s just part of the renovation which will be amazing once completed.

Excellent location especially for a surf trip if you don't want to have to stick with a surf school. The staff was incredible! Best service on a trip that I've ever had. Parking was always safe and available. I would love to come back and stay here again anytime.

A good variety of breakfast options, the location of the hotel was easily accessible on a direct route from the airport and the staff was extremely attentive. The area was safe and inviting as well.
Small miscommunication regarding my massage time but that was on both my and the hotels part.
Endroit très calme : pas de musique d'ambiance inutile. La végétation est présente, et l'ambiance minérale est apaisante. Petit-déjeuner délicieux, mais les places avec vue sur la mer sont en nombre trop limité.
Un ambiente muy tranquilo propio para descansar. Una piscina muy agradable, con una temperatura ideal.
La culpa de esto no es necesariamente del hotel, sino de la forma como tienen esto configurado entre Booking y el hotel. Cuando hice mi reserva estaba seguro de que era la habitacion con vista al mar. A mi llegada al hotel me encontre que eso no es lo que reservo Booking y me dieron una habitacion standard. Siempre verifiquen con el hotel que sea la habitacion que ustedes quieren.
The view
I don't like to be lied. After I made my reservation and it was not time to cancel without losing my money, they sent me a message saying that the beach was closed and we had to walk for 5 minutes to a nearby beach which was completely false.
Also they keep making construction work while operating and it's noisy and uncomfortable. In addition the service was not the best this time.
Sorry that's the truth.
I feel bad because the previous ones were excellent.
Nos encantó todo, la ubicación, la comida, las camas súper cómodas, la piscina super limpia al igual que el resto del hotel, el personal que nos atendió fue demasiado amable en todo momento. Definitivamente es un lugar para relajarse y pasarla bien ñ.
