October was a great time to visit.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Easy access to shops, restaurants, the ferry to Mackinac Island, and the Lake. Friendly staff, clean room and vacationing this time of year was optimal.

The pool was a little chilly. The hot tub was fine,

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi e anche il molo a piedi. Comodissima la navetta gratuita per il molo. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Piscina apprezzata. Stanza pulita e comoda. Staff gentilissimo.

Very good breakfast items

Cons:

That the hotel has a shuttle to drop off at the Indian trails bus stop or pick up and bring to hotel . I came in late and had to walk with luggage and it was pitch black. And I had to leave early and it was still dark to get to the bus stop .

Wonderful and convenient.
Pros:

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Free shuttle to the Ferry. Coffee bar was convenient and really good. Most comfortable bed we stayed on during our week travel.
