I would highly recommend this hotel because it will exceed your expectations or at least meet.
Pros:

This is the cleanest hotel. My family and I have ever stayed at while visiting Mackinaw city. We have stayed at three other hotels and they were always under expectations. They were dirty, staff was rude, the value for the amount paid was not worth it at all. This hotel was the exact opposite! This hotel was clean, the employees were very polite, and I was just impressed in general. The location was great for walk ability to the stores.

Cons:

Honestly, the only thing I can really complain about is that it’s not on the lake. All the other hotels that are on the lake are always disgusting though. And then the breakfast just is really basic and there’s no non-pork options for meat. Which is really unfortunate. Maybe have turkey or chicken sausage available?

An Exception Hotel
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. Upon my arrival, I was greeted warmly by Miranda, who was at the front desk. The check-in process went smoothly with Miranda without incident. Along with Miranda, Carol, was the other front desk person whom I engaged in during my stay. She was especially warm, responsive, and attentive making me feel truly welcomed.

The room I was given was very clean and comfortable with room housekeeping service provided daily. The complimentary breakfast was ample offering a variety of delicious options to start your day off well.

Finally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, enjoy local shopping, and catch the ferry to Mackinaw Island. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Good value, Good location!
Pros:

The good: The location of the hotel is close to everything. The check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, comfortable layout and was quiet at night. We asked for extra pillows and towels and they were provided promptly. The beds were comfy and the towels were soft and fluffy! The parking lot was easy and gave clear view of our vehicle from room assigned.

Cons:

The not so good: The breakfast was standard pre-made breakfast offerings i.e.: sausage, eggs, waffles, muffins, yogurt, coffee, OJ, etc. The bananas were much too green to eat, and the apples were old and mealy. We did have issues with TV, on several channels and shows we were watching. They kept going into a "countdown counter for 1:20" and when it finished it never was exactly where it left off and ran another 20 minute and would do it again on repeat. After getting annoyed with that of several channels we just shut it off because we couldn't get through the movie or show. My husband mentioned it to front desk, and they said they are aware and it happens all the time and they would have someone look at TV, but no one ever came.

Hotel fantastico, accogliente e pulito, con un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dall'imbarco per Mackinac Island e a due minuti dalla strada principale di Mackinaw City con tanti negozi e ristoranti per mangiare. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Camera silenziosa e letto comodissimo. Colazione abbondante, con possibilità di prepararsi da soli degli ottimi waffle. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata in piscina regala momenti di relax dopo una giornata in giro. Il personale alla reception gentilissimo e paziente, attento a rispondere alle nostre tante domande sulle cose da fare in zona. Assolutamente consigliato.
