Pros:

They didn't honor my second stay andvi was late getting in. He held my card hostage and wouldn't allow me in my room. I am still here waiting for them to go or my reservations until Monday. I have a ref number for you.

Cons:

They acted like I didn't pay twice. Upset that I wouldnt add another card to my file of my friends.
