Totally not recommended, demanding return of payment.

From reception to room and expected freebie. Was placed at ground room which was so small, with TV but not working, heater not working, and shower very slow water like sort of sprinkles only, towel was totally stinky smelling like an old unwashed rug, no free shampoo and soap and learned in the morning was supposed to be given during entry. Have to demand go to other restroom upstairs because I need to take a bath already. Another major concern is lights continuously blink in CR when you turn on the water heater, was informed before I checked out that all restrooms have that problem. This is a red flag sign with fire that can kill a lot of people which is bound to happen anytime. Only means, their electricity provision is not adequate to supply all the many rooms they built. The fire department and Davao City must suspend their business permit until they have assured complete safety standards. Plus I paid Php900 for only overnight which was way totally unworthy. Again, their license to operate must be revoked before accidents happen like fire. Thank you admin.

Pros:

The bed is so norrow for double, and the water is limited and the commode has no sets, the room smells very bad odor, I can’t recommend this hotel.

Pros:

I know that this is just a cheap and typical hotel, but my stay was still disappointing. The room was small, but it was extremely hot, and it seemed like their AC units weren't working properly. The bed was itchy, and I got a lot of insect bites. I only paid 1,000 pesos, but I wish I had looked for another place. I might have gotten more value for my 1,000 pesos and not gone home with an itchy body.

Pros:

I like the location since its near GMall. But the provacy and noise within each room, it could be heard all along esp there’s a child next to my room, the reception was looking like a home stay not ready to greet arriving guests.

always a pleasure when im in davao
Pros:

the location is really the best part. plus, for its price, its really pretty good. comfortable, actually. for me, its a good deal for travellers looking for a cheap place thats near malls.

Cons:

for its price, you really couldnt expect more. as long as everything is working, its a good place to stay. for me, its enough.

Pros:

Location great, near Mall, challenging to find, little side street which looks like a driveway. Reception need to identify bathroom light switch hidden behind a cover, if arriving at night it's hard to find

Not going back!
Cons:

Don't be deceived by the photos. Room is too small. No toilet seat! Limited water. Lights were flickering when you turn on the shower.
The whole experience was bad!
