Pros:

Very easy check in process, excellent buffet breakfast, room tidy albeit somewhat small, excellent spa/public bath facilities on 20th floor

Cons:

Some items and balls of dust under bed suggest room for improvement with attention to detail with respect to cleanliness, other than that small detail, very good for a short stay.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sportlich klein, das Bett nur von einer Seite zugänglich!

Kurze Anbindung an die Bahn und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, guter Spa-Bereich

Die Zimmertemperatur war nicht regelbar und zu hoch

Excellent, amazing. Will definitely come back.
Pros:

Very close to Otsuka overground train station, JR (Yamanote Line). Safe and quiet area. Classy reception, smooth and lightning fast lifts. Spa on the 20th floor, laundry and trousers pressing facilities are available.The smoking area outside the hotel is very useful. You get fresh towels, Yucata (a robe used for the spa), etc. every single day. I have no words to express my satisfaction with this particular hotel. The day you check out you can leave your luggage with the reception until whatever time you wish to come and pick it up. They even have a scale for you to check your luggage before you go to the airport. and to my surprise the scale was accurate. No nasty surprises when checking the luggage, at the airport, all accurate.

Cons:

Single rooms are quite small, but that is a minor observation.
