Solid hotel in a very convenient location
Pros:

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, just a couple of minutes away from the station (though it is uphill from the exit). I liked how a daily amenity pack and towels were provided by the cleaning staff. The lighting in the room was good an the chair had a back, which was appreciated. The fridge door opened the right way. The shower was quite good and the toilet paper was outstanding!

Cons:

The comforter on the bed was quite heavy for summer. The aircon eventually started to emit an odd smell. I didn't like the fact the TV automatically turned on when I entered the room. The room is very compact and it's a bit hard to access the curtains (though there is a lot of storage under the bed if needed).

Pros:

The location was the best part of the hotel as it was a very short walk from Otsuka station, and only a few stops from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Akihabara. The hotel had some good facilities like laundry, ice machine and spa.

Cons:

The room was too small to be comfortable for 2 people. It was difficult to move around with luggage in the way.

Cons:

I wish the bathtub allowed people with tattoos. That was very unfortunate and, if I were to pick a hotel for next time, I'd probably check this first.
