Terrible place, no amenities, dirty, old, rude management, bad area, did not feel safe.

First of all it's located in a sketchy area, homeless & hookers walking around. Secondly upon check-in I was forced to pay an additional $50 security deposit. On Booking website it states all fees included! Rooms were old, dirty, many patched holes in walls, cracked mirror, spider on ceiling, floors were wet, felt very uncomfortable. Ruined a family graduation celebration! After checking out I checked my Visa credit card account and saw the $50 security deposit charge, then a credit, then a second charge! When I called the owner to resolve/complain he was very rude and refused to refund! He said the sheet had gotten soiled in one of the rooms when I got sick in the middle of the night. I would never recommend this place to anyone and booking.com should not be doing business with them either!

Place was barely considered comfortable, but it was cheap and simple so you get what you pay for
Pros:

Place was simple. Plenty of parking. Check in was quick and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Asked for non-smoking room, yet my room and bed smelled like cigarettes. Room was not that clean. Tried to hear room, but it would not heat.
