Nothing
Cozy room. Enjoyed the bunk beds. Close to the train station.
No elevators.
Neighborhood, room space, fast check in
The room was clean ando good
Nothing
I like that it’s not that far from the train station.
The check in process is hard. There is no microwave oven and the fridge is too small.
価格とクオリティが一致しないと思う。寝るだけという感覚で宿泊しないと狭さに驚く。椅子もないため非常に不便でした。
Room was okay it was like doom room but easy access to JR station and coin laundry.
Check in was online and took a long time but everything else was good.
Price is amazing but location was so-so
Over all not bad. Recommended!!
I
Nothing
Was advertised ad refundable and didnt get my money back
The check in process was rather difficult and tedious. The rooms were nice. I do believe it’s time for a new shower curtain- one that isn’t moldy and can actually fit across the space. Additionally, new towels would be good as the current towels have a bit of an odor. Otherwise the location was convenient. A 7 minute walk from Komagome station and very quiet area. Some convenience stores and drugstores nearby. Would recommend, it’s more spacious than some other hotels in the area.
This was a great place to stay for myself and my three friends. We’re all over six feet tall, but space was not a concern for us here (we’ve stayed elsewhere in Japan, and some hotels have been less than spacious) so having the opportunity to stretch our legs and spread out was very nice. Was very clean, and the contactless check-in and check-out made our trip very easy. Great place!
Although the room is slightly small for 3 people, the environment is nice and cozy with necessary amenities.
There are no counters. With pre-check in form filled, the self check in process is very simple. There's also no cleaning service during the stay, so beware not to make too much trash, but I think it's ok for 3 nights.
Checkin was weird. It was a super long process of taking pictures and filling out forms since there is no one actually at the place. It’s all self service.
The place was clean and satisfactory for our needs. It was just a little strange.
-location was great near by JR station and have local many fantastic restaurants .

Very nice and suprusingly quiwt location, many restaurants, good value for money.
Good location, <10 minutes from the train station
Clean
Very small, but I guess Tokyo is dense
My daughter was sick the first day and puked on the bed during the night. When I asked for the service to come and change the sheets they replied it would only be possible in 2 days !... I ended up buying some bleach and clean the sheets and mattress pad myself at a laundromat, as we could not live with the puke smell in such a small room for 2 days. They finally came the next day, changed all the sheets and sent a bill that was twice the amount we had agreed for this extra service. However, they ended up agreeing to align the bill to what was originally discussed. Still surprised that I had to 1- wait 24+ hours and 2- pay for it. Traditionally hotels used to change sheets everyday. I like it that they don't anymore, to save water. But changing the sheets if the customer requests it for some reason should be natural. General feeling is a lack of service professionalism.
