Check in kompliziert, Mitarbeiter spricht weder deutsch noch englisch.
Zimmer unverschämt, Matratze total durchgelegen, Zimmer gleicht einer Abstellkammer

Preis/Leistung O.K wenn man nicht zuviel erwartet
Pros:

Empfang und Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten das 3-Bett Zimmer im Parterre. Trotz Strassenseite war dies sehr ruhig. Leider war das Restaurant nicht mehr in Betrieb, wir konnten aber die Terrasse nutzen und selbst mitgebrachtes zu verspeisen.
Das Frühstück ist O.k. Hat alles was man braucht - aber nicht mehr.
Das Zimmer war relativ sauber bis auf einige Spinnen, Spinnfäden und Haare im Bad. Zudem wurde leider das Zimmer während unserem Aufenthalt (4 Nächte) nicht gereinigt, was mit zwei Kinder nach diesen Tagen auf dem weissen Badezimmerboden auch gut erkennbar war. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Netter Empfang, Zimmer und Bad klein, aber sauber. Betten und. Matratzen gut. Restaurant nicht mehr in Betrieb. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbufett.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist mittelmäßig insgesamt. Die Zimmer sind unangemessen klein. Es brauchte 3 Anläufe um ein einigermaßen normal großes Zimmer zu erhalten.
Uns wurde auch noch am Ende versucht mehr Geld für das Zimmer zu verlangen als wir schon komplett über „Hotels.com“bezahlt hatten.
Nach langem Gespräch stellte sich heraus, dass die Servicekosten von „Hotels.com“ an das Hotel dem Consierge nicht klar waren und ihn dies verwirrt hatte.
Es wäre wichtig dies intern mit dem Personal und „Hotels.com“ zu lösen anstatt den Gästen zuzumuten. Daher war der Aufenthalt der sowieso recht kurz war ermüdend und unangenehm.
