Previously Holdiay Inn Express was one of our preferred motels - not now.
Cons:

no coffee in the room, charge for parking, expensive for what we received. I was told you are trying to promote sustainability by not having coffee makers in the room - if so, why do you keep the room just plain cold when there are no guests there? On arrival, we have to make the room warmer. Shower seemed to be either hot or cold - very little middle ground.

Good value and comfortable stay for the 4th of July weekend.
Pros:

Nice location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice Mountain View’s from my room. Nice gym. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Check in took a little longer than it should have but 3rd party sites don’t seem to do well with the hotels check in process.

Overall great stay!
Pros:

I liked that the room was already cooled down when I arrived. That made it very relaxing.

Cons:

There was no staff member at the desk when I arrived and there was one person in front of me. Even just a little sign that says what they are doing and he/she will be back in 5 minutes would be nice. My first impression of your hotel was not the best.

Clean, comfortable, and kindness
Pros:

We asked them to extend our stay because of viechle trouble, and the staff handled it quickly. And also, they gave us some support. The room and all facilities were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee is available anytime.

Perfectly clean and friendly stay!
Pros:

Aubree was very welcoming, helpful and friendly during our check in process. She made everything go quick & smoothly! The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff in the morning at the front desk was also friendly. Breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is always good!

Pros:

Usual IHG confort.

Cons:

It seems that the reception made check in much more complicated than needed or usual. Parking has to be paid, while it has nothing special compared to those in similar hotels and is not in the city centre.
