Great place and great value would definitely stay here again

It was clean.

Cons:

Asked for rooms together. Staff couldn't find reservation, then found it. Said they were busy, gave us a room on the 3rd and 5th floors. The fifth floor was an unnecessary ADA room where everything could be heard in the next room, including a child that screamed for half the night. Lobby very stark, didn't match the ambiance of Flagstaff. and echoed. Breakfast ok, no whole grain toast or bagels, just white toast. The charge for parking seemed ridiculous given that the hotel owns the lot. Maybe it is for the mobile security camera that does not cover the whole lot?

Pros:

The shower had two heads but one was broken had to fix. Desk chair was cool.

Cons:

Everything else. Walls paper thin. Loud guests. Sheets made us itchy. Had to fix and clean shower. TV kept turning off. Carpet gross. Could hear cars being honked all night despite being on the top floor.
