Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. Rooms were bit dated and could use some new pillows and mattresses but things were somewhat clean.

This is a great pet friendly location that is easy on/off the highway. Perfect for us.
Pros:

Suite room was very comfortable and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Carpet needs to be cleaned. There were a couple of spots I couldn't see because of lighting and the dark color of the carpet, but it felt like someone's child got gum on the rug and it was smashed in. Also had a little trouble with a couple of the lamps (switch broken or missing). Little things really, but just passing it along.

Cons:

The thing at the front desk checking us in,was not a helpful person. The key card's wouldn't work on side door, not only me but everyone else trying to get back in.

Pros:

The hotel was decent, staff was nice, breakfast was good and I wouldn't mind staying here again. But kind of felt a little run-down.

Cons:

The room was okay but, there was a chair with stains on it and the bathroom was small like a motel. The pool/ hot tub area wasn't the cleanest but wasn't horrible. Overall, I'd say it was just a bit outdated.

Cons:

The older lady and security guard guy thought we were smoking weed when we were smoking cigarettes came out said we couldn't smoke weed we told them we weren't and they continued to follow us around the rest of the night and keept telling us where we could smoke at and I felt like I was in jail! Wouldn't let you have water in the pool area and like I said continued following us around like we were criminals! Never again will I go there

The housekeepers were very kind.

Cons:

My room not being ready for a half an hour after check in time. Doing easy check in online and still having to wait to check in because the front desk took a while. The pool was freezing. The deposit took days to return back to my account.
