Other guests friendly…felt safe over all for area.
Pros:

Location good, breakfast was fair to good

Cons:

…overall good experience considering we had a pet and and there is extra’s to keep the place pet friendly. They had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast bar as guest came in batches to eat. But there was a nice variety of food.ps

The area felt very uneasy.

It was close to the project I working on.

Cons:

The property was two sided. The common areas were filthy. There were people wondering around that looked home less, angry, and just depressed. It felt like this hotel is renting rooms for much longer stays. Almost like an apartment agreement. I just didn’t like the vibe. The front desk Personnel emend ice enough, but again, there were people that simply seemed out of place hanging around starring, I couldn’t tell who was employed, and who was just loitering. The halls looked so nasty and filthy. However, the flip side, inside my room was very clean. Fresh paint that was done right. The facility was clean, and everything worked. Almost like walking into a whole different hotel. I don’t understand this property. Potential is there, I don’t think it is managed correctly.

Pros:

The location for Frankenmuth was great

Cons:

The smell ruined everything Chlorine/dog urine. Smelled so bad we left the window open all night

Pros:

The location was nice, it was 10-15 minutes down the road from all of the shops in Frankenmuth, Zehnders splash Village, and Bronners Christmas Wonderland which were the big 3 stops for us on this trip

Cons:

No complaints from me, there was a strange stain or something in the light fixture above the sink but it didn’t make me think anything gross about the place

I would stay at your motel again and would pass that along to family and friends.
Pros:

When we arrived the room we were sent to want cleaned and seemed like someone was still using it. The desk person was prompt and put us in another room, that was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Manny choices and very good service.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints. Like I said, the situation started above was handled very professionally. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Overall I have already and would recommend it to friends and family.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. The service lady at breakfast was Amazing!! The bed was a bit stiff for me but my husband likes it that way. It does need some new carpet or new flooring in the room. I loved the privacy of the location. In the city but felt like we were out in the country.
