Pratique mais un peu vieillotte
Pros:

L'emplacement au cœur de Hanoï, toujours une présence à l'accueil quand je suis passée, matelas très confortable, bon petit déjeuner tous les matins, offre des tours depuis Hanoï si besoin (Baie d'Halong, Sapa, Ha giang...), propre (et ça c'est quand même top), service linge très rapide, gel douche dispo

Cons:

Les prises avaient un faux contact au niveau de mon lit donc pas pratique pour recharger, au centre de Hanoï donc un peu bruyant (à côté d'un bar qui fait la fête), le personnel (même d'accueil) ne parle pas toujours très bien anglais (ok mais si avec l'accent français ce n' est pas simple mais quand même), seulement sèche cheveux en équipement mais pas de cuisine dispo (pour eau chaude par exemple) ou autre (il y a un billard à l'entrée), +5% de fees si on paye en carte (!), pas tellement d'accès aux fenêtres
