Excellent & great stay. Would come back again.
Pros:

The room is very spacious. Location just opposite platinum and only 6 mins walk to centralworld and big C. All within accessible distance

Cons:

The make up room service didnt reach my room before noon.

我們有3人住宿（有加床），但備品都只給兩人份，或是沒有給洗臉的小毛巾。電梯有很多台，但不知道是否有管控，有等了20分鐘才來～很多人等一台電梯的情況

Every thing was amazing the location is near to platinum mall and central one and big C and its also close to seven eleven, the staff was so friendly and the customer service is the best
It was my birthday getaway so they prepared something cute for me

Pros:

First booked a room with extra bed, but bathroom specially the WC area was smaller than the flight lavotories.
Then we booded extra room as newly renovated rooms they dont offer extra bed. So purchased extra room.
Hotel Location was very good, near by malls, very clean bed was comfortable.

Small WC areas.

Pros:

Le confort de la literie, le buffet du petit déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel, les équipements proposés (piscine, sauna, hammam, salle de sport)

Cons:

L'emplacement est loin des points d'intérêts touristiques (grand palace, chao praya....) même s'il y'a autre chose dans le coin (centre commerciaux notamment ainsi qu’un arrêt de la ligne qui relie l'aéroport au centre ville) mais tout est largement faisable si on aime beaucoup marcher ou en Grab
