Great location, room facility & service needs improvement
Pros:

Room was spacious with a view.
Location is the best part, walking distance to many malls.

Cons:

AC control buttons are on the wall, have gone deep inside, not easy to operate, do not function properly.
Room service was not up to the mark. Day 2, face towels were not provided. Day 3, hand towels went missing.
Wifi was cut off as soon as we checked out. Could not even do taxi booking to the airport.
For the amount paid, facilities and service were lacking.

This hotel is nothing short of spectacular..

The staff were so polite and helpful.

The breakfast is incredible. Ive done a lot of travelling but this is easily the most amazing breakfast ive ever seen. A man could eat himself to death, there is so much choice and its all good quality.

The area of Bangkok is the best for families. There are lots of shops and food places but none of the seedy things youn wouldnt want kids to see.

We cannot wait until next time we come to Bangkok so we can stay again at Amari 🙏🏻
