Lifts were often crowded and stopped at many floor. Takes some time to exit from room to ground floor.perhaps can manage people flow better. Use more lifts.

Cons:

Technically nothing to mention. Only construction along the Main Street which caused a little bit of traffic. Hopefully next stay, next year this will be resolved too

Great stay in Bangkok
Pros:

It’s a great property! Facilities are good with a verity of restaurants to choose from. The Spa and pool area were also good and the spa massages were excellent. The standard room ms are ok but the suites are much nicer. Plenty of markets and shops to explore if you’re a shopaholic.

Cons:

Wir wurden - und auch Andere - am 2. Tag zum frühstücken ohne Begründung vom 4. Stock (toller Raum und Frühstück) in den 3. Stock (kleinerer Raum, nicht so schön ausgestattet, usw.) geschickt. Habe dies am 3. Tag verweigert und konnten wieder im ursprünglichen 4. Stock frühstücken.

Lovely hotel with great service
Pros:

Lovely breakfast with a wide variety of options. Some stations were live, i.e., freshly cooked. Service staff were all amazing, special shout out to Som and Tong in housekeeping - Thanks.

Cons:

We were on the 29th floor, sometimes waiting fpr the lift was a little frustrating and when it was busy, had to wait nearly 5 minutes which is a long time.
