They never open the door
La ubicación para las actividades que tenía previstas fue la adecuada. No tuve mayor complicación para encontrar el lugar. Fueron muy amables y atentos a las necesidades. A pesar de los detalles menores volvería a alojarme nuevamente ahí. Me gustó el lugar.
Se complica el entrar y salir con coches por lo pequeña de la cochera, además para entrar y salir hay que estar pidiendo que abran remotamente el portón y no siempre fue rápido. Tienen muchas camaras por todos lados, da la sensación de que estás siendo observado todo el tiempo 😅
Me parece padre el concepto pero sugiero cambiar las chapas de las puertas que te accionan por teléfono; no cierran bien y son un lío;además al estar dormida me despertaron cada que un huésped llego o se fue… algo más silencioso. Por otro lado las cortinas de la habitación no cubrían bien las ventanas y tenían dos grandes lámparas fuera; sugiero poner cortinas que abarquen bien lo ancho de las ventanas para lograr dormir con mayor obscuridad.

Es mas un airbnb que un hotel, el trato del dueño es bueno pero es muy raro quw nadie te resiva y todo sea por telefono, la verdad al principio fue muy incomodo
Las fotos que muestra en expedia no muestran para nada lo que es la propiedad, tiene un jardin descuidado, los botes de basura estan a la vista, ademas la reservacion decia que nos darian la habitacion xochitl y nos dieron otra en la que mi mascotita no podia estar segura ya que tenia escaleras sin barandal, yo pague una noche pero preferi perder mi dinero y buscar otra opcion
Beautiful property with well-equipped kitchen. The owner goes above and beyond. The rooms are soundproof, despite the traffic noise outside. Don't be fooled by the rather dull exterior. You will love it there.
A Russian family, who I think lives there long-term. The husband will insert himself into your personal business as if he owns the place. Beware, he is not to be trusted.
The people were nice when I got there.
The name made me think it was a hotel, but it was a room in a house masquerading as a hotel. It was extremely difficult to find because it had no sign and on a very busy street. The room was ice cold with no heat, there was no filtered water nor anyplace nearby to buy any. I simply left after one night despite paying for four. It was that uncomfortable.
There were some issues with the airport shuttle and then there was a power outage at the location, but the host booked us an alternate room and reimbursed us for the taxi we had to get. All was resolved quickly and we were very grateful and pleased with how he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.
No complaints. There should be more people like him that actually cares about his guests. We are so glad we chose to stay at Casa Culhuac.
La llegada fue difícil si no sabes usar las rutas de telepeaje. Es una casa compartida, mucho ruido por la cercanía a avenida principal

Jaime was a great host! He was really helpful and gave us great and useful advices. As two lades, first time in Mexico City, it was really a blessing to have him there. Special thanks for taking us to the trip to Piramides of Teotihuacan. He is a great guide and company!
