The hotel was everything I was hoping for! Spacious and comforting and steps away from everything!
Pros:

The location in Surry hills was top tier! The staff were lovely and calm; the rooms themselves being spacious, clean and exactly what you'd need for a nice stay in Surry Hills

Cons:

Inside the shower there was a bit of hair wrapped around the tap, but that was all, everything else was great!

Great staff, friendly, good location and apartment offer facilities but horrible cleaning
Cons:

Mould on the bathroom sink, hair on the shower (screen was dirty, tiles weren’t clean with marks)mirrors, bench, wall dirty with marks. Laundry with dust, carpet with leaves from outdoor.

Lovely hotel would definitely stay again
Pros:

Good location, great room size, comfy beds, very clean and fully equipped kitchen, no outside street noise of a night either

Cons:

We had two bathrooms so wasn’t a big deal but the shower over the bath didn’t work, you lift the lever to switch from bath to shower but it didn’t work so we only had one working shower

3.空間大小安排適當，居住起來很舒適。
4.飯店附近步行不遠處即有公車站，出入方便；附近也有兩間連鎖超市，購物方便。

Cons:

1.套房式房間裡的煙霧感知器時不時發出尖銳的聲響，不悅耳，且會打擾睡眠。
2.清晨超市補貨，貨車運轉及下貨的聲音滿大聲的！會影響睡眠。
