Okay with my stay. Just the room improvement I suggest.

Havent tried their breakfast. If I knew earlier they have I might have tried.

The room is not well lighted. You may change the color of the walls inside the room, it might help I guess.

Incredible staff
Pros:

Their staff is incredibly attentive. If you'd request your room cleaned, the cleaner will be there immediately, we were surprised at how fast the room service is. If you're visiting the Orchard Memorial Park in Davao and also need a hotel that's near a mall like Abreeza, choose Crevice Hotel. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There was no cook during our stay so we had to order outside, but it wasn't a problem since there was a lot to choose from in food ordering apps. There is a lot of restaurants nearby to order from.

keep far away from this hotel!!!

Cons:

I got to the hotel at 10 p.m. aporox. and the air conditioner did not function in the room. After that the maintanence man fixed it I find out a woman's hair inside the bed and other rooms were too noisy. Tried to ask for refund but the receptionist did not want to help. Had to find another hotel to stsy at. Only after I called the next day and spoke with the manager the hotel agreed to give me 50% refund.

All Good! Great Hotel with Brilliant Staff!
Pros:

The hotel was quite modern. The staff were very polite and friendly. It had a good Wi-Fi connection and a very responsible housekeeping team.

I had to leave early due to a change in my travel plans. The management were courteous enough to offer a refund for a full night despite it being a non-refundable booking, which was much appreciated. Thanks for that! :)

Cons:

The room size could be a bit bigger for the money they charged.
