We loved the restaurant. And we loved having the carriage house to store our bikes.
We didn’t like having to roll our bags 2-3 blocks to our hotel.
Comfy bed, nice size room, good location.
We were supposed to have coffee in the common area each day. First day there were no cups and no cream or milk for the coffee. Second day no cups again. I had to walk over to main building four blocks away for my morning coffee. At that price they should provide coffee.
Also our TV service went out the first night and never came back. I told the front desk but both in was done to fix it. They could have at least offered some compensation.
My family of three spent one night at the Hotel Kinsley in Kingston, NY. The hotel is conveniently located in the popular Stockade District with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I want to give a shout-out to Ralph, the head of maintenance, who went out of his way when asked for assistance with check-in and helped us with our luggage to our rooms. The hotel decor was modern and stylish, and we walked to a lovely pizzeria for lunch and enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant. All in all, the Hotel Kinsley is definitely worth considering. - The Schattners
Location
Not really value for money. Paid a lot of money for 4 days. No elevator, ac not working. Breakfast was limited and that al for a very high price. Lodging in a normal hotel has better value
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
The space is not well arranged and does not offer basic accommodations such as a charging port, a coffee maker, space in the refrigerator (it is full of for sale items), a second luggage rack or a desk or table to use for books, laptop, etc. The only amenities are two blocks away in the main building. This does not work well for late night tea or early morning coffee.

Difficulty locating the property.
It’s pretty, and the bed and bathroom are quite nice
The staff clearly shut the Wi-Fi off at night for some reason, and the thermostat just doesn’t work, and given the cost of this hotel these are kind of unacceptable
I liked the idea of different buildings - not a huge hotel. The staff was friendly, the breakfast yummy. Good parking. Great location for walking the town.
Not sure the billing is correct. I will have to check this. I prepaid and need to make sure that was credited.

Pearl St- Rooms were spacious, and comfortable, large bathroom, comfortable bed, flexible check in time, parking next door, close to center of uptown.
Lots of street noise, no water kettle in room, too small fridge, could not adjust temperature the day of checkout. The furniture layout was not ideal. Stairs to second floor were creaky. No coffee one morning in the first floor common area.
The location was great, but the room was on the second floor and it wasn't what we expected. My husband has knee problems and it was hard for us. Plus it said about complimentary tea, coffee and some pastries. There was nothing like this.
