L emplacement. Bien situé dans la zone 1 près de l animation du quartier et transport en commun

La personne à l' entrée était souriante et serviable.

Cons:

Le bruit. La chambre que j'occupais était côté rue. A éviter: le trafic est bruyant, se termine tard et commence avant 5h

La chambre était poussiéreuse.

El recepcionista fue muy amable y las señoras de la cocina me calentaron agua con cordialidad.

Cons:

La habitación olía mucho a humedad, estaba bastante descuidada, la pintura de las paredes se caía a trozos, el ruido de la calle es infernal. No había agua caliente después de un minuto y tomamos 4 duchas en dos días allí, la ducha fue siempre igual a pesar de que dijimos que no había agua caliente. Los colchones viejos y gastados. Las ventanas y contraventanas no cerraban bien.

L'hôtel est très bien centré et son style colonial lui donne un charme exceptionnel !
Nous n'avons pas pu tester le petit déjeuner, malheureusement, car nous allions à l'aéroport très tôt.
Ils ont d'ailleurs été très arrangeants pour nous commander un taxi à 3 h du matin.

guter Ausgangspunkt für die Innenstadt von Guatemala City, mit latinoamerikanischem Flair
Pros:

Insgesamt ist das Spring Hotel (bzw. Hotel Primavera) eine gute Wahl, um von dort aus Guatemala City zu erkunden. Kathedrale, Plaza de la Constitucíon, Arco de Correos und der Rest der historischen Altstadt kann man bequem in einem Tag erlaufen. Garage wie versprochen. Sehr schöner Innenhof mit latinoamerikanischem Flair. Option auf Frühstück, das war auch okay. Zimmer Richtung Innenhof, ruhig für mitten in einer Großstadt. Eingang stets unter Aufsicht. Alles in allem eine schöne Wahl.

Cons:

Die Toilette. Punkt 1 war der abgetrennte Raumbereich oben offen, bei kolonialer Zimmerdeckenhöhe. Von gelegentlichen Geräuschen dort, die mal Natur und normal sein sollen abgesehen, störte es aber, wenn einer (von 3 in unserem Raum) da nachts halt Licht anmachen muss. Zudem Punkt 2 lief die Toilette in unserem Zimmer zunehmend der nach Spülung durch. Zweite Nacht so nervig, dass ich den Schwimmer bis morgens festgekeilt habe. Wäre eine kleine Reparatur, soll den Gesamteindruck nicht schlecht machen.
