Pros:

Paul who checked us in, couldn't have been any nicer or friendlier when we arrived. There was a slight glitch with our room, he fixed the issue immediately and put us in another room.

Room smelled like someone smoked in there and there were stains on the bathroom floor tile. Stains on the walls. Attention to detail on cleaning needs to be reviewed.

Clean your pool!
Pros:

Location and pool hours

Cons:

Pool wasn’t clean had lots of hair , bugs, and dirt. Our original rooms AC wasn’t working so they had to switch us. We stayed at Mt Pleasants location the night before and it was much cleaner all around and much better breakfast options.

I ask for top floor room in the back which I never got so Between the noise & the bed from hell I could not sleep. I never had a chance for breakfast because they did not put out enough for everyone. We even went down early to find nothing left to eat what was there was not fit for a dog, The beds were so hard I could not sleep and my body hurt so bad from trying to use them. I was in pain during the day afterwards I will not use that hotel again, OMG the booking for the stay was a joke on top of it they did not answer their phone to verify the stay. Very disappointed dealing with the experience!!
