Good location close to attractions
Definitely needs updating
The location was great. The facilities were o.k.
The room was mediocore. The room darkening curtain could not operate and was falling off rod. The bathroom sink
was clogged up..real slow drain. The shower and bath area were dirty and moldy. The outside of the building could use some sprucing up. The landscape by the rear door to the parking lot - near outdoor sitting area needs attention.
Most of the staff were very nice and polite. It was clean.
One of the staff was rude. Sitting like a slop on the table and told me that I would have to pay double. He was missing a few front teeth. They didn’t have any butter at breakfast which was subpar.

I was greeted with smiles and the young man and woman working behind the desk were so helpful and super nice, the lady gave my son M&Ms as soon as we were checking in
Our ice machine didn't work on the 3rd floor
The property was 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from traverse city and 10 minutes from
Interlochen center for the arts. It was convinient for picking up camper, also cheaper than all the other hotels
The adress was confusing. The highway north or south- gos got it wrong every time!
Paul who checked us in, couldn't have been any nicer or friendlier when we arrived. There was a slight glitch with our room, he fixed the issue immediately and put us in another room.
Room was dirty, found a pair of dirty socks in the room as well.
Pool had bugs and lots of hair floating in it. There was a group of young adults throwing a football and playing very loud music in the pool area making it extremely difficult to enjoy a nice swim before turning in for the night.
The staff was amazing.

The location is great.
Room smelled like someone smoked in there and there were stains on the bathroom floor tile. Stains on the walls. Attention to detail on cleaning needs to be reviewed.
It was a nice place to stay, some of the guests were being quite obnoxious, but the pool was VERY dirty. During our own night trip we found used bandaids, lashes, clumps of hair, and lots of bugs and other debris.
