would love it if the rooms are bigger
The hotel is in a great location, I'll say that. Next to transportation links, have all the necessary shops around, and close to tourist areas in Shinjuku. I think this is the plus. The hotel was clean and modern. Check-in process is quick. Great connections to Haneda and Narita airport. The room had a cute view of Shinjuku. Would stay only to get a higher room or a bigger one.
We got a standard double room and it as tiny, I mean I know 15sqm is small but I was not expecting that small. I'm not sure it was worth what we paid. Also the most random thing, we paid in full with all fees and taxes before our arrival via here, when checked-in we had to pay an additional 200 yen in taxes (less than £1) which was so weird.

Room was too small - couldn't even fully open one piece of luggage on the floor!
