とても良いホテルです
Pros:

ツインのお部屋でした。ベットとベットの間に机が置いてあるのはとても便利でした。

The electrical testing at 1am and 4am on one of the nights was not good - we were not aware at time of booking.

Pros:

住宿地點極佳，就在新宿的中心，不管是交通、飲食、購物都很方便；房間空間適中，不會很大但也不會憋屈；隔天退房可以先寄放行李，要跟一樓的接待處說，工作人員會為你處理好的；自助式早餐的選擇不太多，屬於精緻小巧，不會重口味。

Cons:

入住時要求寫地址時，用中文寫完之後，櫃台人員看了一下就用英文說不接受中文字要用英文重寫，在日本住過不少地方第一次被這樣強烈要求，實在很訝異；同一位櫃台人員也沒有告知第二天早餐的用餐時間地點，教育訓練有待加強；房間的床是用鐵架子床，有點廉價感；隔天退房前檢查在床架子下面看到一個不屬於我們的女用髮箍，清潔部分有待加強。

Good mid standard Western style Hotel, good, helpful service, as you can normaly expect in Japan.
Pros:

Well position for a lively night life and some good restaurants. But this area is not for families with children. Good Mattress, sleped well.
The Fuca Restaurant was of a very good standard and resonable priced in UK terms. The dinner buffet very good value in the basement restauraut. Convinent for Seibu department store and 7-11 convinence store for cash ATM (do not use hotel one, so expensive)

Cons:

Rooms not big enough to accomodate a wardrobe just one big draw under the seat. The draw is not promenient, 10 coat hangers available which hang along the side wall. Staff need a better comprehension/understanding of the english language. Breakfat buffet rather boring unless you want Japanese style but poached eggs available on request, all nicely prepared. A bit of a squash at busy times.

Shower over the bath & the extremely low ceiling in shower room, left like a cabin on ship. Very odd.
