Great location in the middle of an exciting nightlife / restaurant area
Pros:

Fantastic location if you're after a bit of Tokyo nightlight excitement right outside your front door (some fun back streets full of great izakayas/restaurants just across the road), but feels like a quiet and safe oasis stepping back into the hotel. Clean and well maintained. The rooms are not large (a suitcase takes up much of the spare floorspace), but are well renovated and comfortable.
