Would stay here again
Pros:

Location is GREAT. Walking distance to Shinjuku Station and popular spots in Shinjuku. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Loved the hotel breakfast. Very convenient as the hotel is located in the same building as a shopping mall, and there is a convenience store on the ground floor. We had a view of the Godzilla building from the room window too!

Well located with clean comfortable rooms. All at the right price.
Pros:

The Shinjuku Prince Hotel was centrally located to walk around the area and also for public transport. Room was comfortable and spacious with a great view of the downtown area. Enjoyed buffet breakfast. All for a good price.

Cons:

There is not too much not to like. English was limited with conceirge staff. We would stay here again.

This was a convenient hotel but it has more of a business vibe.

Excellent location and extremely polite staff!
Pros:

The hotel has a lovely scent as you enter the reception area. The staff are extremely polite and kind. The room was very clean and pillows were good. The location is certainly very central and easy to travel with so many train line & metro options.

Cons:

I would say the mattress needs to be softer. For someone petite like me, a firm mattress gives me pins and needles after 4-5 hours of sleep. Also, there was a bad smell in the bathroom due to little air circulation.
