Great hotel at great location
Located in the heart of Shinjuku. Walking distance from many attractions. We stayed here on our last day in Japan. We were exhausted and didn’t go out very much during our one day stay, but we did go grab a bite to eat at night.
We may have been tired, but the city was very much awake. Many people enjoying a drink with friends, businessmen enjoying a night out after work. We played the claw machines and I actually won something! It was great. It was too bad we were just too tired to party with the rest of Shinjuku.
The staff at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel could not have been more hospitable. Unlimited complimentary water bottles, just order through the QR code. We were allowed a late check out after signing up for the rewards app, which was perfect since our flight back home wasn’t until the afternoon. The front desk was able to get a taxi big enough for our luggage and communicated to the driver where we needed to go. No hassle. Very happy with our stay.
This was expected, but I wish there were more vegan options for breakfast. I know it’s not something that was advertised for the hotel. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, but that would be my only suggestion. More vegan options, please!

The location was incredible if you are looking to go out at night, have fun, and not take the subway or cabs home. Great food and bars all close by.
The rooms were on the small side, but that is to be expected in Tokyo. One side of the building faces the subway tracks and one side faces the streets. If possible request the street facing side
Staff are delightful and all go over and above. The purest example of cleanliness I think I've ever experienced in a hotel, including a fresh and floral smell when entering the foyer. The hotel has an undercover ground floor driveway for ease of taxis/Ubers to pick up and drop off. Rooms are really spacious for Tokyo, plenty of room to spread out, open your suitcase, bring in your shopping, and there was a handy window seat in my room for taking in the view. TV and large desk with space for laptop etc. Drawers and hanging space for clothes, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, safe, complimentary nightgowns and slippers, and complimentary bottled water replenished each day. Great proximity to train stations, amenities, shops and nightlife. The bed was a California King - huge! Loved it, will definitely stay here again.
I liked everything, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
