We recommend this hotel. Location is the highlight. Right in the heart of Shinjuku, and within 10min walk is Shinjuku station to go around. There is a subway station under the hotel too (which we did not use). If one is happy to walk, there is enough to walk around to within 30min distance - shops, restaurants, national garden. We got adjoining rooms. Rooms and amenities were nice and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. We did not opt for the breakfast (vegan family - options limited as per online reviews). We used hotel service to send our luggage to Tokyo hotel, which is a big value (although expensive a bit).
Not much, it's not inexpensive and rooms are Tokyo style - small, double bed is queen size (felt small), space is limited (but manageable). May be they can provide body lotion too in the bathroom.

Chambre très grande conformément à notre réservation et à un étage élevé avec une superbe vue. Propreté impeccable. Café et eau à disposition. Rien à redire sur le confort de la chambre. C'est impeccable.
A vrai dire pas grand chose. Peut-être le prix élevé du restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous avons donc préféré manger ailleurs.
The hotel is super handy, right opposite to McDonald’s , and have 100 yen shop and underground shops just less than 5 minutes walk.
Superior and deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable.
And I would like to thank Mona for the arrangement and good service . We had a great stay.

Dimensioni delle camere veramente al limite della sopravvivenza soprattutto per chi viene dall'europa con dei bagagli un po' più grandi. Bagno microscopico sembra di stare in una nave, dondola.
La posizio e centralissima.
Molto scarso dalla colazione alla dimensione delle camere ... vanno bene solo se sei un puffetto. Il bagno e deludente sembra quello di un aereo per dimensioni e perchè ondeggia. Per essere un 4 stelle è pessimo. Personale cordialissimo ma nessuno capisce bene l'inglese
