Good for first time visitors but not a repeat place to stay at
Pros:

Location is ideal specially for first time visitors

Cons:

It’s really busy. You could hear the rhythm of the rolling train even in the 16th floor. The surrounding area is not too clean. Front desk staff did not smile and not friendly at all.

Location is perfect, stay here most times we are in Tokyo

Cons:

Staff needed to be reminded to bring nightgown, & forgot to bring back liquid soap bottle after refilling. Other than that stay was VERY good.

Very clean, hot water system was immediate, amazing staff, amazing location, very quiet considering the area and neighbours.

The perfect stay in Shinjuku with value and convinience!
Pros:

Excellent location! Centrally just one street away from the busy Kabukichō, very near to train stations and also attached to Seibu. Kombini is just right opposite which made it very convinient. Room was abit tight but expected, we still enjoyed the space comfortably. Towels and pyjamas were changed daily, cleaniness was top notch! I will definately recommend to those who wants to tsay in Shinjuku!

We like the hotel very much. Very nice area. Centralised and clean. But something has to be done with the shower curtain
Pros:

It’s near the train station…

Cons:

The shower curtain. When showering the water from the spray tends to seep through the curtain if we don’t close it neatly towards the walls. This will result flooding in the toilet. This is my third stay with this hotel and all the times we have this issue.

Pros:

飯店在西武新宿站出來，房間雖然小但是該有的都有，電視有YouTube 跟Netflix ，附近吃住都很方便，要逛唐吉跟大國也很方便，都是步行10分鐘以內可以到的地方，要補貨隨時可以！離歌舞伎町那個拱門也近近的，這次入住的房型有一小塊空地可以整理買回來的戰利品，整體來說真的很不錯，推薦！

浴室很小，但是洗澡沒有問題

Pros:

Hotel's location is great. Near the shopping area in Shinjuku which is great for shoppers. Easily to travel around Tokyo using Train or subway.

Cons:

Limited space in the room. Breakfast wasn't that great.
