Pros:

Location was great. The place is spacious and has a washer + dryer that's so convenient. Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The walls are a little thin. We could hear the couple's kids in the room next to us from time to time, but it didn't disturb our sleep

Pros:

Die Lage war in Ordnung. Man war direkt an der U-Bahn Station und Bushaltestelle. Man kann aber auch 30 Minuten ins Zentrum laufen. Zimmer war sehr schön.

Cons:

Wände sind krass dünn. Ich konnte leider die Leute nebenan sprechen hören. Auch die Schritte der anderen Gäste waren sehr laut zu hören. Check in war bisschen anstrengend, aber das lag vielleicht an dem einen Mitarbeiter.

Achtung! Man muss Steuern zahlen. Andere Hotels haben das hier immer angekündigt oder waren schon im angezeigten Preis inkludiert. Wir waren überrascht und fanden die 13€ für 3 Nächte auch nicht wenig.

Tolles Hotel ins super Lage
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Bahn Station ist super. Direkt nebenan auch der superschöne Park. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt in der Nähe.
Das Hotel selber ist superschön. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit Küche war total praktisch und die Waschmaschiene hab ich auch genutzt. Alles war super sauber.

Cons:

Das Bett war für mich etwas zu hart. Das hatte ich aber irgendwie in allen Hotels in Japan.

Clean updated apartment. Had all the comforts of home.
Mini mart across the street.
Subway access right outside the building.
A bit far from shopping and restaurant areas.. but an easy ride on the subway.

Precioso hotel moderno con todo lo necesario y bien de precio
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. A un paso del centro y muchas atracciones pero sin el bullicio.
Personal muy atento. Habitaciones amplias con cocina, lavadora y todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Limpieza impecable.
Nos gustó especialmente la decoración moderna y elegante de nuestra habitación. Un hotel de categoría a un precio razonable. Sin duda repetiría.

No hay nada que no nos haya gustado o haya estado mal.

Pros:

the premier suite we got was at the highest level, provide us with utmost privacy as there were only 2 units in that level. our kids enjoyed running around in the spacious room. the location was quite central too to most of the touristy areas.

Cons:

perhaps there should be more kids friendly utensils for families to use.
