Doors didn’t shut all the way didn’t feel safe
The room was the only thing that was amazing with exception of hair on my clean towels
I stay at la Quinta quite often but this one needs to be condemned homeless guy sleeping by our door no lights on or around hotel but from the restaurant next door. Front door was broken had to enter from the back and police circled the hotel all day and night and then you asked for $100 deposit which is more than the room!!!!! This place makes your hotel looks bad. I work for united airlines and I will tell my co workers not to go there since I do travel ffor work every week..
The location. Room was pretty clean.
This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. There were prostitutes and drug dealers in the hall ways . The halls were covered with stains and the staff had terrible attitudes and seemed to get irritated at any simple request . Strangely the rooms were pretty clean . I checked out three days early.
It was advertised as shuttle to airport
There was no shuttle to airport port or from. Cost extra for Uber.
Breakfast was pathetic. Cereal with no milk, a few plain bagels and plain white bread 3 penut butters and a bowl of unrefridgerated creamcheeses, coffe and water.
Everything the place was disgusting. Vomit on the lobby floor at check in was still there at check out, rude staff, housekeeping trying to enter at 930 am to clean when check out isnt until 11am and used toiletries were provided.
Breakfast was amazing
Staff could have been better
I like the amenities like the fitness center and the microwave and the mini fridge in the room.
The continental breakfast and the attitude of staff at the front desk. Specifically. Housekeeping staff was always friendly.
I like the amenities like the mini. Fridge, the microwave and the fitness center.
The continental breakfast was very bare bones and the handling of issues with staff. I did not like.
Nada
Publican $51.00 dólares por noche y cobran $164.00 dólares
Dont call it Breakfast. It was like 2 cereals. A loaf of bread with a toaster and peanut butter. Your hotel is dilapidated and can't have the basic necessities you come to expect and this place nickel and dimes you on the basics everyone else gives you for free.
Everything.
There are only two positive things I can say about this place…The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable.
If I could give negative 5 stars, I would! This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at, inside and out! I’m shocked they are able to keep the franchise name. That makes me question the standards of Wyndham properties. Their prices are outrageous for how filthy it is and what bad shape the building is in. The outside of the property is full of trash, the green spaces are completely overgrown. The outside trash receptacles are overflowing. There was no ac in the common areas or it didn’t work. All of the carpet in the corridors is disgustingly dirty. The rooms are barely surface cleaned. A layer of dust on everything, filthy carpet, mirrors look like they were cleaned with furniture polish, completely caked with something making them very cloudy. The “free breakfast” is laughable. The only thing offered was cold cereal, packets of instant oatmeal and coffee, that’s it! Not one of the three ice machines worked. I had to go to the gas station across the street to buy ice. The male staff were beyond rude. The female staff, a bit better but not much. There were no “do not disturb” door hangers. Housekeeping knocked on my door three separate times and a male employee walked right in my room without knocking. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, hands down!
