Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! It’s dirty, filthy & broken.

Where do I start. When we got there, the front doors were broken. Told to enter through the back of the building & all the lights there were broken, so we had to walk in the dark. I asked to cancel my reservation & they refused. The pics they use to advertise, are NOT the pictures of this building. This hotel is trashed. I wish I could add more pictures to show you just how bad this hotel is!! I spent over an hour taking pictures of all the damages so I didn’t get accused of ruining things. Refrigerator- inside was cracked/broken. Curtains were shredded. Food, blood & other bodily fluids everywhere (walls, ceiling, on the lamps, etc). Toilet set fell off the toilet and there was urine & toilet paper in the toilet. Everything was filthy, dirty or broken. They make you pay a 100.00 damage deposit. When you leave, you can’t prove you didn’t damage something, so they can then charge you. I made them look at the room before I left to get my damage deposit back. I complained to booking.com & they stated the staff at La Quinta didn’t answer the phone, so we were stuck there.

You get what you pay for. Price was good the room was clean

There were no coat hangers in the room and no Hannah's.At the desk, the room was not cleaned on the 2nd day and the breakfast was terrible.Just cereal , the front door entrance to the lobby did not work There was an iron in the room, but no ironing board. The parking lot was full of ice

Nothing about this motel is good; The staff is aloof to indifferent. All the rooms have much damage that you should photograph, lest they try to blame you for damage that occurred before your stay. Even the iron in my room didn't work, one of the art pieces on the wall had what appeared to be stab wounds in it. Apparently the hotel got rid of bath tubs for showers, so if you need to soak tense, tired muscles in a hot bath tub, forget about it. Oh, and I still haven't received my deposit back and it's been three days, when the front desk person told me it would be in my acct within an hour of leaving. There is no pool to swim in, the continental breakfast is stale bagels and cream cheese, cereal, maybe a fruit cup. Look, some of us can't afford pricier hotels, but needing a place that won't break the bank shouldn't condemn one to a motel that could easily double for a section of purgatory. NO room there is worth more than $30-$35 per night. FR.

Pros:

We had a bad experience. We were told they had a shuttle service. Then we booked and when we arrived we were told the “shuttle was full” for the next day. If I needed to reserve a shuttle the time to tell me that was when I asked about while I was booking the room. The heater in our room was extremely loud. There are no water fountains in this hotel. The hallway carpet is nasty. Their front door wasn’t working so we had to walk around the building to get in, in the dark because the parking lot is not well lit.

Terrible, the lights and TV in our room didn't work, ice machine wasn't working, the faucet in the sink was completely loose, had to hold it down with one hand and take turns washing each hand. Peeling paint throughout room. Will never stay at LA Quinta again.

The room was the only thing that was amazing with exception of hair on my clean towels

I stay at la Quinta quite often but this one needs to be condemned homeless guy sleeping by our door no lights on or around hotel but from the restaurant next door. Front door was broken had to enter from the back and police circled the hotel all day and night and then you asked for $100 deposit which is more than the room!!!!! This place makes your hotel looks bad. I work for united airlines and I will tell my co workers not to go there since I do travel ffor work every week..

The location. Room was pretty clean.

Cons:

This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. There were prostitutes and drug dealers in the hall ways . The halls were covered with stains and the staff had terrible attitudes and seemed to get irritated at any simple request . Strangely the rooms were pretty clean . I checked out three days early.
