Do not recommend unless desperate for a cheap room to sleep in
Pros:

The front desk was extremely rude at check in and check out. The doors were broken and you needed to walk around the building ina dark not safe area and there was people smoking cigarettes inside the building

Nothing it was terrible

Cons:

Staff didn't know or care what was going on. Rooms were dirty... smells like someone is smoking weed in your room all the time. Bathroom shower had a Crack and hole in the floor of the shower. Front door didn't work had to use the back door. The parking lot would have been better to just lay gravel down. They gave no information about the shuttle and it was 20 min late... all in all a terrible experience

What a DUMP!!!! Should be condemned.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!! The picture you see right now must have been taken years ago. The front door doesn't work and is blocked off. It wasn't a temporary problem because our UBER driver knew to go to the side door to pick us up. This place should be condemned. The carpet in the hallway was so beat up and rolled up that we had trouble rolling our suitcases down it. Our room smelled clean but the baseboard trim was curling off the wall due to moisture. Wallpaper peeling off the upper walls, windows so corroded you couldn't see out of them.
We went down to the front desk to catch the shuttle to the airport and we had to wake up the guy behind the desk. He was literally sleeping. No clue on the shuttle so we took an UBER to the airport.
We were told by other guests that it is for sale and they are planning on it being a development property. I am a long way from being a prude or fussy traveler but this place is BAD and they don't care.

Very Poor.
Pros:

Directed to room up five concrete steps. Had to step around garbage containers and over used pair of men's briefs. Husband was using cane and another handicap entrances was available. Front door was out of service. Had to walk around building through icy parking lot with no snow removal. Very hazardous, unsafe conditions. Common areas were unkept. Hall was dingy and smelled like stale smoke. Room was in poor condition-needed fresh paint and new furniture. Sink drain was slow. Curtains had holes and would not close appropriately. Lampshade was broken. No facial tissues in room. Stayed at hotel because of 24/7 shuttle service to airport. Upon return there was no shuttle service and had to pay extra for Lyft transport. Desk staff were minimally helpful.

Everything. The staff was totally unprofessional. The place had cockroaches and was dirty. The whole building is ran down and the parking lot had potholes all over. We checked in at 3:00pm got into our room, left came back and they said we checked out and they gave our room away!! We were livid and asked where is our luggage. After numerous attempts to get into our room with the master key card the clerk had to call someone else to open our door. Thankfully our luggage was still there.

Minnesota's WORST hotel
Pros:

this is most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in!! they quote a price that states it includes car parking and hotel shuttle when you check in it's an extra charge. staff is rude and unable to understand. filthy room, ALL ice machines out of order, offered a continental breakfast which never happened.
