楽しい家族時間を過ごせました！
Pros:

家族時間をゆったり過ごせた

Cons:

ベッド２台が広めでよかった。3台目はソファーベッドでまあまあ🙂
少し高めなのでインバウンド客との差をつけても良いと思う。

Will not come back to this property
Cons:

I think there is zero sound proof, we can hear every single car passing by despite we were at 6th floor. Super noisy. There is no dryer and the bathroom is also without the dry room function. The room only has 6 hangers, we found it very inconvenient to air dry the clothes. The charging ports on the bed head are ALL faulty, and there is very limited socket in the entire house, very inconvenient again.

I do not recommend this place, furthermore the price is not cheap. I booked for 5 nights and I regretted since the 1st night 😪

Close to Hakata staying and lots of space.
Pros:

Located close to Hakata station which is great if you are using Fukuoka like a hub to explore the rest of Kyushu. Lots of space. Easy to access the room and no need to worry about losing a key as it's all done by code. Washing machine and detergent provided so you can wash your clothes.

Cons:

Might be a bit far away from the main Fukuoka attractions and eateries if your trip primarily focuses on exploring Fukuoka city. We ended up doing a lot of walking from the apartment to shops and dinner in the evening when we got back to Fukuoka.

Pros:

Location and easy access.

Cons:

Traffic and noise all night. Couldn't have a good night sleep. For those who gave 10/10, must be drunk or fake reviewers. For those six nights, motorcycles went up and down the street from sun set to sun rise.

Location is ok, not super close to station. cleaniness not what we expected but I guess to be expected at this price poi
Pros:

Budget friendly option for our group of 5 (3adults 2 kids). Easy iPad check in.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not what we expected for Japanese standard. A lot of areas were very dusty, including a big ball of dust just on the edge of the bed. There were blond hairs on the bed runners ( none of us are blond)

Pros:

Ruim appartement. Schoon.

Cons:

Erg veel hinder van het voorbij razende verkeer. Wanneer je hoger zit waarschijnlijk minder last van. Wij zaten op 2e verdieping.
Jammer dat alle gebruiksaanwijzingen in summier Engels zijn. De wasmachine heeft een droger functie, maar na 3 uur was de was nog nat.

最不滿意的是鍋子整個都是刮傷掉塗層，衣架很少 沒有曬衣服的地方只能拿燙衣服的架子來用，住七天只有兩個垃圾袋完全不夠，空間偏小 離車站有一小段距離但還可接受，附近有一間超市 超商，特地租有廚房的但是鍋子實在太糟糕！

五個人入住 衣架只有五隻，沒地方曬衣服浴室沒有熱風設備，空間偏小，不沾鍋都是刮傷 垃圾袋不夠

連泊向きの快適なお部屋、博多観光の拠点に便利な宿
Pros:

客室内に洗濯機やキッチン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポット、食器やカトラリーが揃っており、中長期の滞在でもとても便利に過ごせました。部屋は広く、荷物の整理や室内でくつろぐのに十分でした。ベッド周りにはコンセントもあり、スマホなどの充電がしやすかったのも助かりました。

立地は博多駅から近く、アクセスが良いにもかかわらず宿泊料金は比較的安く、コストパフォーマンスが高いと感じました。また、エアコンが2台設置されており、室温調整もしやすかったです。バスタオルなどは1泊分のみでしたが、洗濯してタオルハンガーにかけておけばすぐに乾いたので困ることはありませんでした。大きめのゴミ袋なども用意されており、連泊中の生活感のある滞在にはとても向いていると感じました。

Cons:

慣れると問題ありませんが、建物に入る際に呼び出しボタンを押してからパスワードを入力する方式で、解除方法がやや分かりにくく、チェックイン時の入館に少し手間取りました。パスワードに記号が含まれていて入力に戸惑った点もあり、もう少し分かりやすい案内やシンプルな仕組みだとより安心して利用できると思いました。

換気口から外の音がよく聞こえるため、交通量の多い立地で騒がしく感じましたが、就寝してしまえばそれほど気にならない程度でした。全体として大きな不満はありませんが、入館方法の分かりやすさが改善されると、さらに快適に滞在できる施設だと思います。

博多駅から徒歩15分ぐらいです。
Pros:

３人で泊まりました。２つのベッドはセミダブルかダブルぐらいの大きさです。あとひとつはシングルサイズで、リビングのところに設置してあります。リビングの床がフローリングで、座ってゆっくりできます。日本のワンルームマンションのような造りです。
