最不滿意的是鍋子整個都是刮傷掉塗層，衣架很少 沒有曬衣服的地方只能拿燙衣服的架子來用，住七天只有兩個垃圾袋完全不夠，空間偏小 離車站有一小段距離但還可接受，附近有一間超市 超商，特地租有廚房的但是鍋子實在太糟糕！

五個人入住 衣架只有五隻，沒地方曬衣服浴室沒有熱風設備，空間偏小，不沾鍋都是刮傷 垃圾袋不夠

連泊向きの快適なお部屋、博多観光の拠点に便利な宿
Pros:

客室内に洗濯機やキッチン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポット、食器やカトラリーが揃っており、中長期の滞在でもとても便利に過ごせました。部屋は広く、荷物の整理や室内でくつろぐのに十分でした。ベッド周りにはコンセントもあり、スマホなどの充電がしやすかったのも助かりました。

立地は博多駅から近く、アクセスが良いにもかかわらず宿泊料金は比較的安く、コストパフォーマンスが高いと感じました。また、エアコンが2台設置されており、室温調整もしやすかったです。バスタオルなどは1泊分のみでしたが、洗濯してタオルハンガーにかけておけばすぐに乾いたので困ることはありませんでした。大きめのゴミ袋なども用意されており、連泊中の生活感のある滞在にはとても向いていると感じました。

Cons:

慣れると問題ありませんが、建物に入る際に呼び出しボタンを押してからパスワードを入力する方式で、解除方法がやや分かりにくく、チェックイン時の入館に少し手間取りました。パスワードに記号が含まれていて入力に戸惑った点もあり、もう少し分かりやすい案内やシンプルな仕組みだとより安心して利用できると思いました。

換気口から外の音がよく聞こえるため、交通量の多い立地で騒がしく感じましたが、就寝してしまえばそれほど気にならない程度でした。全体として大きな不満はありませんが、入館方法の分かりやすさが改善されると、さらに快適に滞在できる施設だと思います。

博多駅から徒歩15分ぐらいです。
Pros:

３人で泊まりました。２つのベッドはセミダブルかダブルぐらいの大きさです。あとひとつはシングルサイズで、リビングのところに設置してあります。リビングの床がフローリングで、座ってゆっくりできます。日本のワンルームマンションのような造りです。

Cons:

住宿環境十分差 洗手盆內 的隔渣網 有之前留下的菜渣 最不滿的是床舖 被套下面沒有拉鍊 可以見到被子子有大量頭髮 而且住了三晚 每晚都有被不知名的東西咬 而出了紅疹 另外房間有很嚴重的異味 晚上的時候十分吵 很清晰地聽到街道的汽車聲

部屋全体も広く、設備、備品も様々揃っており、快適に過ごせました。
駅、空港にもアクセスが良く、良い場所でした。

Cons:

チェックインや入室方法が少し分かりづらかった。
ベッドの枕元が道路側に向いており、尚且つ常時換気の換気口の近くだった為、屋外の音が非常にうるさく感じた。
