Pretty average.
Pros:

In general, hotel was okay. Was a little dirty, even after requesting it be cleaned. Bathroom was especially dirty.
Location was average. Staff was average.

Well worth staying here
Pros:

This was a little Gem of hotel when first turning up was not to sure but then after walking in was just great friendly staff lovely food good service and in a good spot from the city 5 minute drive or a lovely 15 minute walk to the river market and restaurants this is a great little hotel for the cost area and lovely staff 😁😁😁
