Pros:

The property is really good. Impressive infrastructure and design. The room was excellent. Very spacious and modern. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Highly recommend it.

Cons:

There were some plumbing issues with our room. Also, multiple times the light went out which was quite irritating.

fell short of expectations
Cons:

The service level was poor for the following reasons
Room service food came after 02 hours and that too was atrocious - on complaint they did bring another plate however that was too late
To bring anything upto the room be it cutleries or for any service took the longest time minimum wait time was 30 minutes
The laundry burnt my Italian jacket - they apologised and waived the laundromat fees however a jacket burnt is burnt
The market place for breakfast was like a fish market may be 200 people at one time at about 9 am the quality dropped and so did the service - big parties need to be cordoned off so that they don’t disturb other guests
Mosquitos were every where from the rooms , residents lounge , Darjeeling room and the market place with too many bites
Over all an under whelming experience

Good but not great.
Pros:

The breakfast items were fine although a little repetitive. But the staff was not very courteous. One made us wait although the place was empty. Another would not let us sit at our chosen place in an adjoining room although a few minutes later she let others sit there.
The location was good but the choice of room was not honored. We wanted a higher floor facing the wetlands but although the person at the reception said she would give us a different room after the first night she never followed through. Also we had made a separate booking for January 25-28 and wanted the two bookings to be joined together. But when we came to the hotel on the 25th we found that we could not get into the room. We had to wait in line again and have additional monies held to be able to get into the room.

Cons:

The attitude of the staff at the reception desk as well as at the breakfast place. They definitely need additional training.

Service könnte besser sein
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Buffet bietet eine große Abwechslung. Das Personal ist größtenteils freundlich.

Cons:

Der Pool ist klein und schattig. Bei dem Preis und 5 Sterne hätte ich erwartet, dass auf dem Zimmer mehr Aufmerksamkeiten wie bspw. Obst serviert würde oder abends die Betten gemacht werden.
Des Weiteren ist unser gebuchter Airport Transfer nicht gekommen. Als Ersatz haben wir ein Mittagessen am Buffet erhalten, was für das Hotel die günstigste Möglichkeit war. Dies war kein adäquater Ersatz.
Das Buffet wurde nach 10h nicht mehr konsequent aufgefüllt, so dass bspw. keine Marmelade mehr vorhanden war.
