Loved every moment of our stay and it's safe to say that it exceeded our expectations. Food was amazing and breakfast was beyond imagination. Loved the complimentary luxury hour experience. Would definitely go back again.

Very slow services.....
We have requested for a bathtub room but they provided shower bathroom only ....after requesting for a change they changed the room after 2 hours of waiting.
We also requested for a room decoration for our anniversary celebration that too was not done
Not happy with the management team of a such a prestigious hotel
I took a service apartment it was spacious and comfortable.
The room service is not upto the mark, really really slow. The complimentary happy hours for food and beverages from 6-8 pm is absolutely pathetic. Very little choice of food available and the staff is really ignorant if you order them anything.
