Wszystko inne oprócz obsługi w restauracji na piętrze obok śniadania

Cons:

Nie podobała mi się usługa w restauracji to była kpina brudne stoliki. Czekanie na obsługę długo pomimo że obsługa nic nie robiła.

Excellent in most respect.. satisfied and will be back!!
Pros:

Breakfast spread was fabulous!! Taste was also delicious.

Cons:

Food served in room however lacked both imagination and taste. House keeping lacked the eye for detail and hence broken tissue paper boxes were in the toilet. House keeping personnel should be discouraged from approaching guests with small notes with their names written on them for 'mention' in reviews.

Cons:

Road access is not safe.
West Bengal Government should revamp road infrastructure as per international standards if India expects international travellers to come all the way from West or East.
Urgent need for roundabouts....everywhere.

Disappointing, again.
Pros:

After my previous disappointing experience, I did not stay here for a long time. The hotel unfortunately does not respond to emails and calls, even though emails reach the customer asking us to connect for airport pick-ups. Escalating the customer request is blocked by lack of public email and direct phone numbers, the call center is unfortunately quite unhelpful. I was lucky that I had the number of an old senior contact in the ITC group who helped me reach the ITC Royal Management.

Cons:

Carpets in the hallway had the same crumbs for two day. The bathroom toiletries were all awry and in disarray. These little lapses increase the trust deficit about the overall service.
