すべてが完璧だった。朝ごはんもバラエティー豊かで本当に良かった。コルカタに来るなら、またここに泊まります。

Cons:

ホテル発でUberを予約する時にどこのゲートが一番近いかよくわからなかった。スタッフに聞いても答えが分からず。ホテルのロビー玄関はピックアップ場所にないので不便。観光地からは離れていて、近くにお店もない。その分、ホテルステイには最高

Für mich als Europäer eine komplett andere Welt.
Pros:

ausgezeichneter Service und immer frisches Wasser in ausreichender Menge, echt top. Frühstücksbuffet sehr sehr vielfältig frisch und lecker.

Cons:

Manchmal wirken die Hallen etwas nüchtern. Das empfindet aber sicherlich jeder anders.

Good but can do Better.
Pros:

The location was good. Very Clean and very spacious rooms filled with amenities. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Didn't get the star treatment you'd expect... points where the hotel can improve on:
1. No bellhop (no one assisted us with our luggage)
2. Room service not prompt enough and kept messing up the request. (Asked for forks, after considerable amount of time delivered spoons. Re-requested for forks got them only the next day.)
3. Service by the pool was very slow. Requested for drinks and fries took about 40 to 50 mins everytime we placed an order.
4. Requested a surprise birthday cake for my wife's 40th bday on booking.com never got any confirmation from the hotel. Asked the reception after check in and they confirmed the request which was supposed to be set up around 9 to 10 am while we were having our breakfast, Nothing was done. Cake was sent later when I went out for work and wife saw it without me, surprise ruined.
I booked our stay at the ITC to celebrate my wife's 40th bday with the expectation of impeccable service and a luxurious stay believing in the ITC standard and im not saying i did not have a good stay, it's just that in some parts it fell short of the expectation.
Other than that... the rooms are spacious, beds comfy and filled with all the amenities. Solid 10 points on that.

Somehow ruined our stay
Cons:

Arrived late with kids. We booked a 2 bed room. We were put in a smoking room although I booked nonsmoking. Alternatively we had to change into 2 regular rooms which were. It even adjacent. Which means, my wife and me were sleeping in different rooms during our vacation. Also next day nobody from staff bothered to change the situation.
